This company was hired to run our payroll. They began charging additional fees last year, but never communicated those fees to me. I was overcharged nearly $1,200. When I asked if the overcharge was an accident, the owner got on the phone and told me he could charge what ever he wanted, despite never communicating with me, nor receiving approval from myself. These charges were unjustified and I believe them to be theft. He told me to stop calling them and he canceled our operating agreement and locked me out of the online payroll portal, which housed all of the companies past information. Last payroll run on Nov. 5 The cost and time to associated with finishing this years payroll and W-2 documents has been astounding. This owner Scott H***** has deliberately stolen from my business and then when confronted, breached our contract and caused me additional financial loss to rectify his disappearing act.
