In June 2021, I had Pinnacle Landscape, ***********, ****, install a sprinkler system and pump to irrigate my yard with canal water. The system was installed and I had nothing but problems with it all summer. They returned several times but did not resolve the problems. The drip system for a rose and perennial garden did not work and they looked at it several times and declared that it was working as it should. At one point, I ran it for 10 straight hours and it still did not soak the plot. Also, a proper filter was not installed to keep dirty water from clogging the sprinkler heads and I could not get them to clean the sprinklers. I finally had a neighbor do it for me. The pump was running hot so they adjusted the timers to run for 45 minutes, turn the pump off and let it cool, then run the sprinkler again for another 45 minutes. I had to repeat this for three stations. At the very end of the summer the pump quit working. My new contractor is installing a filter and a new system for the rose garden. He has also had the pump repaired. A licensed electrician found that the wiring was just loose wires in the dirt running from the pump to the electrical box without conduit and there were other loose wires exposed. There was some conduit but it only ran to the top of the soil and then it was just loose wires underground. This is very dangerous. It is costing between $1500 and $2500 to get the system working properly. They have an A+ rating with you and I think that is questionable. Thank you for reviewing this. *****************************
