            Date: 7/21/2023 Amount paid: $344 Road service Nature of dispute: My car was impounded due to vehicle registration. The Utah highway patrol uses a list of tow companies for impounding vehicles. This business was selected and committed fraud. I went to recover my vehicle and they presented an invoice for me to sign. After I signed the invoice, they changed the invoice and added additional fees that were not disclosed prior to signing. It is a significant amount higher than what I was originally quoted prior to using their services. I complained and they voided my receipt and forced me to pay without justification or supplying a corrected invoice.

            Worse place to ever get car impoundedall my belongings work tools my living everything I owned was in that truck and I lost it and they wouldnt even have the decency of letting get my belongs out of there and nether did high patrol and I literally was living in the truck going to work every day since it got impounded I havent been able to work cause all my tools were in that truck my life destroyed
