I have been charged for three months and it was never authorized. Have tried to have them stop billing my bank account and they were never authorized to charge my account. Was told if I paid for one car wash that I would get the remaining month free for the promotion they were running and that I wouldn’t be charged after the month. Have tried to work with them and have been told the manager would call me and follow up and has never happened. Can’t call cause number always goes to voice have went into the store 3 timesInitial Complaint

Multiple times over the past few months I have attempted to email them requesting my account be canceled. Their Phone line has a voicemailbox that is full so I am unable to leave a message requesting a cancellation. They do not respond to the email address that they send invoices from and they have no other email listed.Initial Complaint

Went in to get car washed because there was alot of salt on it. Attendant handled kiosk of payment. We did not touch anything. Asked if we wanted to sign up for monthly washes. Told attendant no. There was no prewashing of the car wash and it went too fast and our car was still dirty. A month later charges show up on checking account. Was told we signed up for mo thly washes and we didnt cancel our account. Fought with kid working over canceling my account. Hung up on me before verifying account was canceled.Initial Complaint

So my wife has monthly subscription. Canceled it 3 months ago. They took money out of our account the next month. Went in said they would take car of it. Money came out again the next month. Went in again and said they can't find our account even though they took money out of our account the day before. Have tried to speak to owner or manager and have never got a response. In total over 60 dollars but will keep taking it until I change banks I guess.
