I ordered 3 products from Yota Garage on April 25, selecting products listed as “in stock and available” and received confirmation of my payment and order. Two days later I was contacted that one item was “back ordered” and would not ship for an additional two weeks. The other two items were expected to ship on April 26. After more than a week, I had not received notice of any items shipping, so I called. I learned that they had non of my items in stock and misled me as a customer. This business appears to be a drop-ship company that doesn’t actually stock the items they sell, but misrepresents this to customers and only informs customers after you have completed payment. Horrible experience!! Don’t purchase from Yota Garage if you would like to receive your purchase in any reasonable timeframe.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for a mudguard kit for a 2024 Toyota Tundra on April 4, 2024. The yota garage site stated the part was in stock when the order was placed and delivery would be within 3-5 business days. The order was not received by me the following week. I sent an email to the support staff and I have not received any response. I have also called the store and no one answered my call.Initial Complaint

We ordered 3 products from The YOTA Garage on January 15th and was expected to receive delivery confirmation within 3-5 days. We have made numerous attempts to contact this company and after connecting with one person on a call, they hung up on us. Many more attempts to contact them via their Instagram have also gone ignored. The reason I am filing this complaint is because it appears that other customers have not received their orders as well. One other customer noted that their physical location appears to be closed with no inventory. In order to prevent other customers from losing money, I hope this can be resolved. Not sure if this is a scam/fraud but wanted to call this out. See attached submission for our receipt.Initial Complaint

Order taillights on 21 September 2021. Order number is ****. I have sent multiple emails and tried to contact them but they have never responded or sent my order. I went by their shop address that is posted but they were closed even though they had operating hours posted.
