We hired Underdogg in February as our SEO company with a monthly fee of $850. In mid February we had several miscellaneous charges on our credit card after we paid the monthly fee. I contacted Preston and he said there was a mistake with his billing and those charges would be reversed. I received an SEO summary report on work that was completed for February but never received a breakdown of what the $850 would be used for. I had no way to know if the work done was all of the work included in our package. Preston emailed he would send that but never did. Again in March we had several unauthorized charges and again in April. We did not receive any reports for March or April to show any work was completed. In total we have over $6,000 in UNAUTHORIZED charges since February!! This is blatant misuse of our credit card information. We have disputed all charges with the exception of February’s fee. A Venmo payment for $400 was also sent that was supposed to be used for advertising. Preston needs to refund the Venmo payment because I’m certain no advertising work was ever done. We have already received a credit back from our credit card company for all charges. I will be taking this matter to the authorities if it is not rectified immediately.
