So two months ago i ordered from them and it took longer than expected to get here which i understood it happens but the box was badly damaged and some of the pieces didnt fit so they sent me new pieces but they were the wrong ones so i emailed them again which they completely ignored and so ive had a unfinished product just sitting in my room because they cant be bothered to help resolve my issueInitial Complaint

Purchased products as gift. Recipient did not like them. Not a problem they have a 90 day money back guaranteed policy. Emailed them for instruction for return for full refund. Completed instruction send products back to return address provided tracking conformation for company. Tracking shows received to address on 7/12. Have followed up many times will not respond with refund status . Owed $162.54Initial Complaint

I received the order on January 18 2023. I was unhappy with the quality and sent it back. It was received per USPS on January 25. They have a 90 day return policy. I have not received a refund in the amount of 34.78. I have tried to email and getting the run-around with them.Initial Complaint

I purchased a product from goat guns. A few days later they sent me a fedex tracking number. When I try to track package it says fedex never received anything and there is no record of that number. It has now been a week after promised delivery date from goat guns. I’ve tried to contact goat guns via email and Facebook messenger. They robbed me of $65 and are refusing to answer me about anything that is going on.Initial Complaint

I ordered three items from Goat guns and received a package with the incorrect order. I have contacted them many times in order to have them send me the correct products and they have failed to respond. I paid over $90 for three items that I did not receive and no one is assisting me. Ordered a product from them and received a poor quality/defective product. They are forcing me to ship the product back to them at my cost. The cost to send it back would take away 25% of my refund. Order total was 43 dollars and my cost to ship it back would be 12Initial Complaint

Purchased the crate on 6/23/22 and it arrived with a damaged box from shipping. When opening the box, the contents inside the box were broken too, which are toy guns. I purchased these to gift them to coworkers and can’t gift broken items. I contacted Goatguns same day and they took a few days to respond. They sent me a link for return instructions which indicates I have to pay for return shipping. Their item arrived damaged due to their shipping company, why do I pay for retuning their damaged items? Their website said if it arrived damaged then they replace for free! They are liars!
