    On July 26th, 2023, Utah Division of Professional and Occupational Licensing (DOPL) revoked the contractor license for Rocky Mountain Remodeling, Inc. due to unprofessional conduct and job abandonment.
    In December 2021, business was hired by a homeowner for a project to build an addition to the existing residence with a projected completion date of Spring 2022. The homeowner paid $50,000, with the promise that the addition would be completed quickly. As of August 9, 2022, only footings had been poured and they have not had any contact with the business. Also, in June 2022, business was hired by a homeowner for a project to build a two car garage to be attached to the existing residence and paid a down payment of over $30,000. This project was never started and the homeowner has sent emails and left voicemails but has not heard back from the business.

    Over a year ago I got a bid on a project for my water system .I gave them 10,000 dollars for a deposit, but after a few calls and promises to come back and talk about it they never came as promised.So I told Justin************************ that I didnt want someone working for me that I didnt trust and asked for my money back.. after having my attorney contact him after 4 months they gave me 3,500 dollars and then on September 29 th I got 3,000 dollars and a contract for the final payment by November 29,2022.They still owe a balance of 2,760 dollars and havent paid me anything since December 13 th.I have contacted them several times, Dallas said they would pay it, but still havent.They dont answer my calls or respond to my messages.Please take care of your debit it has been over a year since you deposited my check!
