Arrive Homes have been a complete nightmare for my parents. they are on their second repair of the sewer lines, tearing up their cement foundation to solve one and digging up their yard from poor connection. The cement work was not prepped correctly and is now sinking. Furnace ductwork was done poorly and because they made a repair with someone else it voided their warranty. Inside the home they have also had their wall crack due to a full truss missing in their kitchen. The higher quality carpet snags horribly and needs restricted in every room. their dream home has felt more like The Money Pit

This is a complaint against active homes our concrete is completely flaking and will be gravel within a year . That is only the beginning of the problems wall cracks , poor tile work , not the paint we paid for , so many s**** *** on the design center where basically they gave ** the ******* bird when asking for it to be fixed ! In researching and testing the concrete at your home we have come to find that everything was done correctly on our end. We ************* new homeowners at the final walk that if it snows on new concrete, salt should never be used on the concrete surface as a melting agent, and snow needs to be shoveled away before driving on it. When a vehicle drives on salt and snow on top of concrete, it forces the frost deep into the cement which breaks down the surface. When we tested the concrete for surface strength, it was above a ***** psi test rating, this meets industry standards. We have had multiple employees stating they saw that these important suggestions were not followed. Due to improper care of the concrete, we will not be able to replace the concrete in your driveway.Review from Janaira B

Takes advantage of older people. Driveway is crumbling apart and Arive refuses to come and fix. The concrete was too wet when poured OBVIOUSLY! Also the foundation is sinking. Called multiple times and they just ignore. Have t had the home for even a year and they refuse to fulfill warranty issues!Arive Homes Response

Unfortunately, the concrete was never sealed as instructed at home turnover and as part of maintenance on the home. Also, the HOA used salt on the new concrete which should never be used. Also, when contacted, our warranty team was not allowed to discuss the issue with homeowner as she refused to talk about it unless we planned to replace it, threatened legal action, and ended the call before any real resolution could be discussed. She then contacted Geneva Rock at our warranty team's suggestion.Review from Franklin A

Im extremely disappointed with arive Homes, we have been calling now for 5 months and they give us the run around. We had are extremely expensive kitchen cabinets having paint coming off and they sent a guy that had no idea what he was doing and ruined my cabinets. He lied saying that he would let arive home sent a professional to get it done. He actually closed the case. They keep telling me that they will make it right and now they dont even replied or answer bc our one year warranty expired. Its sad that they cant make things right. Now I have to have a professional get it done that is going to cost me 5k to fix their mistakeArive Homes Response
