Fraud is the only way to describe this service department. They gave me a quote for a repair and it was thousands of dollars. I took it to 2 other dealers and they both told me that was unbelievable. I had my vehicle fixed for 1/10 of what they quoted me. They actually broke a part on vehicle during their diagnostic testing. They will never get my business. I cant believe they are an accredited dealership.

I purchased a 2023 Ford Escape from Tim Dahle Spanish Fork on March 20, 2024. Mileage: 2497 I was told by the salesperson that there was a minor accident in the back of the car. The car was like brand new. My wife looked at the Carfax that was attached to the Ad. The airbag light was on. My wife asked if the airbag light was on. Salesperson went and checked. They were not going to tell me about the airbag light if my wife didn't ask about it. I did test drive the car prior of purchase. I didn't notice the airbag was on. After purchase wanted to look under the carpet in the back. Noticed that there was some foam rubber that was put in the back under the carpet right over the muffler. The first body shop that looked at the car said the foam rubber needed to be removed, it could catch a fire where it is right over the muffler. The back hatch cannot be opened from the button on the back. The back hatch has been replaced. The back has been crushed with major damage to frame, exhaust system, and other major damage. Took car to two different body shops. $12,000-20,000 worth of damage to the unibody frame. This car should have been totaled. This was not a minor fender bender. I called the Salesperson to see what they would do about taking the car back or refund some of my money. The dealership felt they had no responsibility and did not offer any alternative. I'm stuck with a car with major damage and isn't safe to be on the road. If the state of Utah still had an inspection, this car wouldn't pass. I will not send any friends and family to this dealership. They are misleading and untrustworthy and will never be back. Stir clear from this dealership.

When you buy a car at Tim Dahle Ford, expect them to slap on an additional $1600 up-and-running fee at the very end. This is something all of their vehicles are put through to ensure youre leaving their lot with a safe vehicle This is a fee that, according to my sales **** ******* is added to every vehicle, but for some reason, they dont just include it in the sticker price? Weird!Anyway, I negotiate the fee to half of the $1600 initially suggested I drive my car off the lot and notice a strange clunking sound in the left rear, almost like a bolt is loose. I take my car into a mechanic to have it looked at (because this car is used and came without a warranty from the dealership.) Apparently, part of Tim Dahle Fords up and running service included a VERY shoddy brakes installation. Per the mechanics notes: Left rear caliper slide bolts missing. He would not let me drive my car from the shop until this was fixed, because I ran the risk of losing complete functionality of my brakes at ANY MOMENT. The mechanic attempted contacting Tim Dahle Ford for the parts needed to repair their hazardous installation, but they were unable to help. I then contacted my sales **** ******* to give them the opportunity to make this extremely concerning and dangerous situation right by simply paying the $165 bill to repair their shops VERY hazardous install that could have ultimately led to a horrible car accident, endangering myself and the general public, and a possible lawsuit against them if I or anyone else had sustained any injuries or worse, resulting from this hazardous brakes install. They decided to ignore me instead of attempting to make anything right. Who knows how many shoddy brake installations are leaving Tim Dahle Fords shop. For the safety of yourself and others, I do not recommend buying a car from this dealership. And I definitely dont recommend taking your car to their shop for repair.

This dealership is so unbelievably unprofessional, corrupt, and SICK. They sold me a car KNOWING it had a damaged water pump. They were too cheap to fix it and never told me it had damage in the first place. I had the car for two weeks until my coolant started excessively leaking. I had to fight with them to fix it for free and they wont even provide me with a car while the work is being done. I work for a living and cant not have a car. Everyone at *** Dahle is HORRIBLE. Save yourself a lot of time, energy, money, and tears and go elsewhere. I am making sure all my friends and family write a horrible review and tell everyone to avoid this place.

I bought a Vehicle that was in Transit. I put down a deposit on it and was told a timeline. When that time came around I contacted the sales rep. ** told me the car was not there and should be there shortly. I asked for an order number which the sales rep said he would get, but never did. I followed up with him later but my text was ignored. I waited, 2 weeks and then called the sales rep. ***** I was told the car is not there and that he would go check on it. ** also agreed to get the order number for me so I could follow the status online. ** never followed up with me. I called the main number and talked with a couple of reps who said that they would follow up with me in 10 min. No response that day. I called again the next morning to the sales rep and learned that my vehicle had come in early and they sold it to another individual. They never gave me a reason why. Either the company was trying to hide the fact that they sold my vehicle or they just plain have poor customer service. They are refunding my deposit but made no offer to try and keep me as a customer or make up for their mistake. I started the ordering process with a new dealership and they told me that they have helped several customers that have experienced the same. Word of advice - don't do business with them.
