On 12/4/23 I reached out to a Namify rep to update our logo to purchase name tags. I was redirected to a new sales ********** new rep charged me a fee of $35 to convert an image into a vector file in order to create a name tag for me. The new sales rep was consistently taking days to a weeks to respond to emails, and the new logo art wasn't uploaded into the system for me to purchase name tags. After much delay, on 1/11/24 I asked for a refund of the $35. Then on 1/22/24 I asked for an update on the refund. After playing phone tag with another person, she said that she will not refund me, but would email me the image and we would close the case. It has now been 30 days and I haven't seen the image or the refund. I would like either the $35 refunded.Business response
