Salisbury homes will do NOTHING to help you if something with your plumbing isnt right or you have leaks in your basement. Weve called and they referred us to a plumber because whatever is wrong (whether its our water heater or plumbing) isnt covered under warranty. Water heaters (if thats even the problem) should be good for a minimum of 6 years and the home is less than 2 years old. Were also having leaks in our basement, and they sent someone out (while we werent home) that said they couldnt do anything about it because we had laid concrete after we moved in. The concrete is in the other side of the home (completely unrelated to the leak area) and whoever came out didnt even come into the basement to see where the leak was. Our basement is starting to smell like mold and they will do nothing to rectify the issue. Also, our backyard camera didnt capture anyone looking at the leak. Peeking over our fence is not enough to evaluate the problem. You cant even see where the leak is without coming into the back yard/basement. They were very responsive once we closed asking us to leave them good public reviews - now you cant even get them to call you back. The home builder we previously built with before Salisbury was wonderful to work with when issues like these came up. Salisbury wont care once you close.Business response

A representative from Salisbury Homes along with the Plumber went to the ***** home on November 2 2021 and spoke to *************.
They proceeded to walk around the home and saw that the down spout extension pipe had been moved from original installation and it was within 12 inches from window well. The representative moved the pipe and explained it need to be directed away from window well and home. The water heater was addressed by plumber and was fixed on the today, November 3rd The plumber also told ************* that there is a 6 year manufacture warranty on water heater. All concerns have been addressed .
