Bought a car from them but they cleared codes, and the car has now needed ***** dollars in repair to fix the things they overlooked. Ive had two mechanics tell me now that no dealership would reasonably miss these issues, so they had to have covered it up to sell it.Customer response

Unfortunately we were unaware of any other issues with that vehicle at the time that ********** to you. We had it looked over and it needed a new A/C compressor which was replaced. Other that that the mechanics said there wasn't anything else to fix. It looks like you purchased the vehicle back on 9/9/2021 and today is 02/23/2022. Unfortunately used cars aren't always perfect and they can have mechanical issues. Sometimes issues are undetectable and then 10 miles later it can have issues. We cannot predict all issues that vehicles will encounter especially over a 5-6 month period of time. If you would like us to refer you to a mechanic that we use and trust please reach out.

I am rejecting this response because:these issues are not issues that could have possibly just sprung up, several professionals have told me that these issues would have been seen in September easily. Yes it is a used car, however telling me that a mechanic looked over it and did not see these issues is not possible, As these issues were long-term issues and identified as such by these professionals. By telling me that a mechanic insured this vehicle did not have issues mechanically, you provided me an oral warranty. Therefore you are responsible for these repairs. These actions constitute negligence and fraud, If not dealt with promptly.
