    I was told that. my credit score would be increased by 100 points. I was misled the 100 point is aggregate with each credit bureau they did not make it clear that the 100 points was not 100 points for each credit bureau. So 3 credit bureaus went up a little over 30 points and they continued. billing me.. They did not describe this to me clearly, it was not full disclosure.. I've been in business most of my life and what I got from this company. was really deceitful and unprofessional I would never recommend anybody to deal with them. and I'm in the finance business. I ran into some problems. I thought they could help me. They are more of a problem then. I could have ever imagined. I wish I lived in **** because I would love to visit their office and sit with the CEO and have a man to man conversation with him because. they really are not a reputable company.. Again, I would highly recommend anybody that has had any conversations with them to run. There are many companies that do a much better job a much more open and full disclosure.. The 100 points is very misleading because they. allow you to think that it is for all three credit bureaus. 100 points each. If you deal with them good luck. You're better off going to a casino and playing blackjack. Needless to say, I am greatly disappointed and have received zero help from them.

We would have hit our warranty but client increased balances on revolving accounts which hindered score increases.     This company said that they would only charge me $39 for each month.. now I see they are charging me over 1 hundred dollars every month, so not only is that they lied to get me to say ok..but also they said I would be able to cancel within the first 30 days..and now their saying I can't cancel some contract...this company is a scam and cash grab...which needs to be investigated..

    When i signed up all i agreed to was to pay $7 for credit monitoring software. We never spoke about how much it would cost to fix it. They said it would be based on how much they fixed my credit report. They sent me some contract saying i signed it which i never did. I searched my email a million times and never received the link to fill it out. They did nothing to improve my credit anyway. The. They doctored a recording of me when i agreed to keeping the credit monitoring thing open for 3 months. They took my responses and put them on an agreement about me paying a crazy amount of money. Which i would never do. Im on fixed income, because i am a disabled veteran. And in no way could i ever could afford it.

    Client has acknowledged he went through a recorded registration and signed contracts "five of them" to be more specific. He also has paid 60DAY a total of $0. He has been instructed to give us an updated copy of a credit report, if he wants to get that to us and prove that we have done nothing we will release him of any and all obligations to 60DAY. If client refuses this just proves further that we have completed our job and the contract will be enforced in full.

    I contacted this company 60day credit repair to fix my credit and after 40 days I call the numbers available to call to cancel my subscription and as soon as they answer they play a transfer game to a number that doesnt answer they charged my credit card predatorily I went into the hospital and my credit card balance was at a 0 balence when I got out of the hospital 3 months later they this company had max out my credit card with charges!!! Something needs to to be done

    I am rejecting this response because: I have been trying to cancel since June every time I call they put me on hold, or they transfer me to number that does not pickup  i have to many health issues right now to be able to deal with this forceful sales tactic. I stand firm on   i don't wish to do business with this company because of their breach of contract  and unethical practices

    Around February 2024 I reached out to the company for credit repair services. They offered a guarantee or money back. I paid the monthly dues. After 2 months I noticed the only thing being performed were challenges to negative items on my credit ***ort. I reached out to a *** and expressed my concern. They said it was only one round and to try again. After 3 months I seen nothing change with my credit, other than the challenges. I have done the same thing this company did in the past myself (challenge negative items) I reached out once again to cancel. I got no response. I texted the contact I had, and was told to call a number to cancel. I reached out to that phone number and left multiple voicemails. Month after month I sent text messages, e-mails, voice mails to cancel services. The company still attempted to draft my account, and did many times, even after trying to cancel. I have multiple records of phone calls to them, text messages to them, and e-mails to them to please cancel service. They still attempted to draft my account. After filing a public complaint on their company, they sent 900 dollars to a collection agency for ****** dues. I have multiple records of trying every way I knew possible month after month to cancel. I didn't even ask for a refund, I just wanted to cancel. Now they have sent me to collections and this is going to keep my family from purchasing a home. I am lost on what to do. They did nothing for me, I tried month after month to cancel, have proof, and now they are going to ***ort me to a debt collector. Please help!

    Below is customers summary 60 days into our program. He would have seen much larger gains if he did not gain so many negatives when we were working on his file. The company we use lets him choose any payment amount he wants to avoid a collection, I have seen people select plans as low at $10 a month, when he pays the account it actually reports as a positive trade line as well. Customer received his service in full and will need to pay for what he received.

    Hello,
    The information the company provided is false.

    After 60 days I attempted multiple times via text messaging, e-mailing and phone calls to cancel service. I asked multiple times to cancel service
    1. I was never contacted back to be offered a lower rate of 10 dollars a month. The first time I seen something like that was in the message they sent to you. Do they have documentation showing they offered that to me?
    2. When the company states I would have seen much larger gains if not so many negative items were added to my report. The negative items on my report from the example they gave to you were already there. They were not new negative items added during my 60 day time frame. 
    I can provide the BBB with information that says the same. 
    I have screenshots of text messages and e-mails requesting service to be cancelled. I understand that not all credit can be repaired. It did not work out for me. That is why I wanted to cancel service and move on.
    The company continued to bill me, even though I requested service to be stopped.This is where the problem comes in.
    All I am asking is for the service to be cancelled, as requested, after 60 days of service. 
    That is the resolution I am seeking. They have sent a 900 dollar balance to a collections agency.. Please have that reversed
    Once again when the company states I had additional negative items put on my account, that is not true. The negative items they gave as an example, were already on my credit report, prior to me using them. 
    They did not repair my credit. I never asked for a refund, They never sent information about a ***** a month plan. I have documentation of me requesting service to be cancelled. 
    I can provide documentation of multiple attempts of requesting service to be cancelled if needed.
    Please ask the company to cancel my service, 60 days after obtaining them. I can provide documentation of me making multiple attempts to cancel service, and remove my 900 dollar ******** from a debt collector they sent it to.

    We are about to purchase a home, and this will prevent us from doing so.

    The bill reduction is through Denefits, you can reach out to them, they have sent you the texts and emails to do so, this is how you are aware that you have a balance to begin with. Services were provided. You did hinder progress by getting new negatives added to your report. We did perform services and provide value to your credit report. Respond to the texts and emails from Denefits to avoid the collection on your report.

    I hired 60 Credit Repair to repair my credit and there was no change within the timeframe given by them. Now they want me to settle for 1500 or face litigation through the court. There was nothing done to my credit file at all.

    This company made it sound as if they were going to provide me help with my credit issues, but it only ended up costing me limit of pocket and making me pay for a seperate 3rd party service so they could monitor my credit. After receiving an obnoxious amount of calls from them for help accessing that service i was irritated and felt as though I was having to put more effort in then agreed. Now they are trying to say I owe them almost two grand! We spoke on the phone two times!!!!!! They never disputed a SINGLE debt for me, literally never did ANYTHING except for add more onto my total debt. It's pathetic! How do u get off trying to collect such a large amount on people who are already in financial strain!?!?! There was never any work done so why the heck am I responsible to pay you for anything?!?!?

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I do not wish to move forward with your company. The incessant calls and demeaning emails that begin with statements such as "we are appalled at your lack of financial responsibility" and "we are dismayed by your blatant and willful disregard for your financial obligation". You will not gas light me into feeling obligated to pay $1600, just because your pushy sales team was able to pressure me into entering into an agreement, doesn't mean you DESERVE $1600. And I don't DESERVE to be bullied into doing business with a company that I feel is engaging in shady business tactics. You aren't going to force me to continue with the "plan", I don't trust you people and I refuse to continue dealing with you.   Send me a copy of my original "agreement", seems I never recieved a copy.

The fact she is unwilling to do so proves that we clearly provided value and she refuses to show the work because she does not want to pay for what was done. If nothing was done show us.     So l hire this credit wizard (credit wiz ) to help me with my credit most on collection about 12k when we first talk seems they got the acknowledgment about laws on rules 600 on 60 days or money back the take out $128 per month from my bank account they sent letter to everyone of my creditors and told me to stay ready l was going to get mail from them to sent to them but don't talk to them 60 days pass nothing l let go another 30 days absolutely nothing at the time l was able to log in into client portal where it was my contact from company and all info about my credits since l didn't got not answer from ****** or **** l let my account on zero when they try and fail collect they email me then talk and text where l told them about nothing been done **** told me pay this month if by next month nothing gets delete you will have you money back another 3 payments nothing got delete nobody answer and they don't allowed me from log in

    This company is threatening to report a corrections to the credit bureaus because I will not pay them $1800 for services that were never even started. They keep harassing me and then threatening me with legal action.

    I hired ************************** to repair my credit they fraudulently filed an identity theft claim with the credit bureaus which I was not aware of until recieved letters from the credit bureaus informing me to verify my identity to complete the claim I contacted 60day credit ************************** and I asked to cancel my service they i refused and said that I couldnt cancel service.

    Our warranty is 90 day customer is only 30 day into the process. We can pause billing in the meantime and not charge customer anything else unless the warranty is achieved by day 90, they are required to keep their credit monitoring active in the meantime to make sure the warranty is or is not achieved.
