06/10/2024 I received a call from an in state number. The caller told me that I owe $249.95 for some keto pills I supposedly received...I haven't. I, of course, told her that I never ordered or received the pills. She gave me the phone number ###-###-#### to speak with customer service. I haven't called them yet.

Bryan has called me from multiple times about the fact that I owe them for product that I never order nor have I received and that I have a subscription that I need to cancel with a credit card. in the amount of $249 as we argued back and forth I was told that I will pay dearly for not canceling the subscription that I never ordered. I have not ordered anything from them and never received anything from them but they are stating that they have proof and when I asked them to provide me the proof they say that they have already sent this to my email which it is not there. Please be aware of this scam as of right now I currently have gotten 48 phone calls in 2 days from around 40 cities within the western half of Iowa, when I asked why they were calling from so many different numbers they replied with the fact that they have to use auto dialers cause of bad customers that block their business number but they would discount what I owed to $35 if I paid within the next 10 Minutes. Please be aware of this scam and just letting you all know that they are very persistent with the phone calls as well as very pushy. As I said in the beginning never ordered their product so I will not pay for something that I did not order.

I received a call from a company billing department that said I owed them $110.00 for keto pills they sent me and that my next order was being shipped to me. I informed them I hadn't ordered keto pills. She informed me it was back on June 18,2022 and was given 14 days from that date to cancel subscription. I told her I wanted that shipment cancelled. That's when she informed me I had to pay the $110.00 for the pills that they already had sent before I could cancel any subscription or order from them and that I could possibly continue to get shipments that could add $800.00 or more to this bill. I asked why I haven't been getting pills since June of 2022 if I had a current subscription. I was told they had put the subscription on hold waiting for me to cancel and wouldn't cancel it until I paid them. I did order pills sometime ago, but cancelled order returned remaining pills and received a refund from the company. I have no memory of ordering from any other company. They said I was sent an emails, but it must have went into my spam and I also haven't received bills for this money. I also googled the customer service number ###-###-#### they gave me and it said this is a scam. the phone number they called me from ###-###-#### came up as Toledo Physical on my phone. This number belongs to a man in Ohio. I'm not sure if this is a scam or not.

I was initially contacted by a gentleman on the phone on 3/1/2024. He said that I owed him more money for “keto products” that I received. I have not ordered nor have I received any “keto” products. He told me all my personal information and that I ordered the products on 4/29/2023. The caller ID stated that the call was from Russellville, AL ###-###-####. I have not nor would I order keto products; it is not my lifestyle. He stated that someone else in my household could have ordered the products. My husband would not use my card (he has his own credit cards). I continually stated that I did not ordered products nor did I receive products. He stated he had a tracking number with USPS. We did not receive any keto products. He stated he would report me to the fraud dept and I said, “Great, do that!” And hung up. The next day I received another call from Talladega Al about the same issue. The caller gave me this information: Keto company *** ***** **** ** George, UT 84790 ###-###-#### I have called my credit card company and I was charged $29.97 on April 29, 2023 from “Workout Boost”. I didn’t make this transaction and I did not receive this product. I continue to receive daily phone calls from this company requesting me to pay a “balance due”. The caller ID are various numbers from various small towns in Alabama. I did call my credit card company back and no other charges are on my record

This afternoon I was contacted by this business using a local number(not the 800 number listed after research). They stated I had to pay via a credit card to close my account and not be charged high amounts of money and product at my door. The rep did not speak English well or clearly. I never ordered anything from this company, they have never Contacted me prior to today. They refused to mail or email me a billing statement until I provided a new card to close the account I never opened. The agent was aggressive and said that I would owe lots of money if I didn't pay today to cancel products I never ordered, received, or have any idea about and wouldnt not provide proof to me in any way. The agent was not very willing to provide anything to me including the name address and phone number of the company

This company keeps calling saying I have an outstanding balance, but have no idea who they are. They also said they sent emails, but I have not received anything from them ever. They said they can only take payment and give information over the phone, which is very suspicious. Then they say they will report to affect my credit score. Even going back through payment records there is nothing to this company ever especially around the date they were claiming.

This business called me about a trial for a KETO health supplement a couple months ago. Said that my credit card declined for the 1st initial payment and that I owe them money. First, I don't do KETO dietary supplemnets or the diet itself. Second, they claim that they never recieved payment from my credit card and the product was mailed to an address I lived at over 2 years ago. They said that I was the one who gave them and confirmed that address. Third; if i did purchase a product ( I did not ) something I paid for and have it delievered to a wrong address ? How did the 1st initial payment " on my credit card " not go through ? I told her last time never to call again cease and desist. She called today and said she will not stop calling.

I am going to copy and paste, then modify another complaint because they are eerily similar. My 88 yr old uncle and I received several calls this week from a company claiming to be called "Firm X Male Enhancement". They stated that my uncle had an outstanding balance for a product from last year. He explained that his bank reported fraudulent charges last year and therefore his card was cancelled to protect him. They continued to insist that he owed the money and received the product. He honestly does not remember receiving any product from them but they stated they had USPS tracking indicating delivery to the home. We asked for proof that 1) he agreed to order their product 2) they actually sent anything to this address. The rude caller said that my dad had paid $4.95 for shipping, which put him on a monthly subscription unless he called to cancel and send the product back. There is no bank record for an initial $4.95 for this product. They refused to prove that they had any legitimate payment information and they refused to share any tracking information. In other words, they don’t have any proof and try to sidestep that issue while insisting that they have proof (all they could actually give was his name and address). They keep calling using the amount $206.98 outstanding balance (x2 for two products we do not recall ever ordering/receiving). Of course, they wait for 9-12 months to pass before they start to make their claims, so any memory will be very fuzzy. We called ###-###-#### and can verify it’s part of the operation. The "threat" is that if he doesn’t pay this balance, it is a recurring subscription and he will be receiving more product he will have to buy, and that he will be reported to the credit bureaus and they will escalate it. They won't cancel the account without the "outstanding balance" being paid. They are harassing my uncle daily. They need to quit calling ###-###-####. Uncles name is ****** *****. They won't provide any proof owed!
