Good things come to those who wait. It took a while for the custom windows to be ready. I had a bit of a problem getting in touch with the company for updates, but was resolved quickly and kindly. Installers were prompt, kind, courteous, and efficient. It is so nice to be able to open the curtains during the day and not have the house temperature rise 5. Great product!Review from Veronica B

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I have received from your company. Despite purchasing a window from your company in April, I have yet to have it installed due to a series of errors and poor communication.The contractor who was assisting me was suddenly fired without my knowledge, and I received no communication from your company regarding this change. When I tried to contact your company, my calls were not returned, and I was left in the dark about the status of my window.To make matters worse, the front office called me four hours before my scheduled installation appointment to confirm, only to have the installer call me two hours later to report that the window could not be found in your warehouse. This level of incompetence is unacceptable.I request a full refund for the window purchase, as well as compensation for the time and stress your company's failures have caused me. I hope that in the future, your company will take steps to improve its customer service and communication.Review from Bethechange

I placed an order for three windows to be replaced and through numerous errors from measuring incorrectly, ordering the wrong colored frame and not communicating through the entire 20 week process was extremely frustrating. All communication was initiated by me and I never received a call back until the very end when I cancelled the order.Their saving ***** was they did issue a full refund.JKR Windows Response

The windows replacement is great . The installers did a great job. They were very professional , only one problem, the balast on one window was bad. They,the installers said that they would order a new one and return when it came in and install it.Instalation on the 3rd of Nov. 23 Still waiting. The windows look really nice on my home . It was a very good price for the quality and installation of the product.I would recomend JKR windows to every one. Will post again after they have replaced the Balast in one window..JKR Windows Response

Took a while for the custom windows to be finished, but worth the wait. New windows look fantastic! Installers were great. ******, ******, and ****** finished faster than I anticipated and cleaned up everything. Professional work, courteous people, and a very nice product. Taken over a year so far to do a basic window installation, and still haven't finished it according to the original contract. Have intentionally lied to me about appointment scheduling and production timelines multiple times. Now they are leaving me messages trying to sell me *MORE WINDOWS* without even finishing the job I paid for last February. Have repeatedly had calls from my end ignored/hung up on when calling the public corporate number, and calling direct lines often reaches someone but those people will lie to me about scheduling or just forget to actually do/report any of what they tell me they'll do.I would never wish this company's communication and reliability standards on my worst enemy.JKR Windows Response
