      A transaction in the amount of$19.99, posted to my account 6/16/2024 from a company named NEOBODONLINE. Contact $ ###-###-####. I called the number an got customer service. I stated that I did not authorize this. The woman asked if i wanted to cancel my subscription. I said cancel it, i did not authorize it. I was told it would be refunded. On 6/15/2024 another debit in the amount of $19.96 from MYJVITALIFE. Called but they are only available week days. PHONE # ###-###-#### On 6/19/2024, a transaction in the amount of$19.97 for ONLINE-ELITE-DEALS # ************. ON 6/17/2024 $19.96 for QUICKONLINEOUTLETHUB. # ###-###-####.

      I have been notified by my bank/debit card fraud alert of a suspicious activity on 04/19/24 in the amount of $19.99 regarding neobodpro.com. I contacted my bank and informed them I did not know this company/product nor did I authorize any payment to this unknown company. My bank informed me that my account has been accessed to the amount of $19.99 monthly for the past year. I sincerely would like my account to be restored in full and that the fraudulent activity be punished. ***** ******

      A business called Health-Fit-App has the same address as NEOBODPRO.com. They are charging my credit card monthly for services I have not requested or agreed to. I have never heard of HealthFit and don’t know how they got my billing information. I want them to stop illegally billing my CC.

      For six months this company has charged my PayPal account for two transactions of 19.99 each. I've tried to contacting them, to be placed on hold for an endless amount of time. Basically this is a scam and I would appreciate my money be refunded to me.

      This company has been taking 19.90 from my PayPal Master Card since December 2022. I did not realize they were taking it out till I paid off my master card and the charge appeared the next month. I paid it the first month after I paid the account off thinking it was something that came in after I paid it off and then it appeared the next month again. I contacted the company and they said they would only refund 3 months that I had paid. This is unacceptable. They did refund the payment they took for October 2023 only. I did not order, nor did I receive anything from this company. They need to refund me 199.90 for the money they took from me. This would satisfy what they took from me. My belief is they are scamming people. I am 71 years old and I don't need or desire an exercise app or whatever it is they are trying to sell. Thanks ***** **** ###-###-####

      Who are these horrid people? Upon accessing my credit card information online, I saw a pending amount of $19.99 for July 17 for something called NEOBYELITEHEALTH. Startled, I went back into my statements to see if my card had been charged in June as well, and yes! There on June 16, is a charge for $19.99 by the same person(s). I immediately called my credit card company to dispute these charges and was informed by the representative that I've been charged $19.99 since January 2023! I KNOW that I did NOT sign up nor agree to being charged $19.99 by ANY such company/persons. And even before contacting my credit card company, I carefully perused all three of my active e-mail accounts - SPAM and TRASH folders and all! And in not one of those is there anything listed for any NEO anything - no matter WHAT I typed into my search bar! This is crazy! How could I have lost so much money over these past months for something that I did not sign up for nor agree to??? I am right now on the phone with the credit card company, requesting a fraud charge be made and to also cancel my credit card. This is just ridiculous! And I want every dime of my **** money back!!!

      I was charged for this and never clicked an app or anything in an email to sign up for this and got charged $19.99. I don't want this coming out of my account anymore. I need this corrected.

      Fraudulent charges of $19.99 on my credit card. Contrary to their boilerplate response to everyone else, I've checked my email and have zero correspondence with this company neither requesting nor confirming a subscription to their services. I expect a full refund for all the charges and hope this fraud is passed to the appropriate authorities for prosecution.
