      This is the worst company ever!!!! I have bout items back in 12/2023. They were all too small.Savvi, won't refund me $103. They only giving credit but I can't use because any time I want to put in the order, I would have to pay $13 shipping!!!! Now they are sold to mydailychoice.co.I can't use get my refund!!!!! SCAM!!!!!

      Savvi customer service *****! You can't talk to real people. the chat won't come up when you want to talk to someone. They don't mention they have a 14-day return policy. Finally found a phone # to call them, and there is no one to take the call... and this is at 11 o'clock in the day someone should be around. As far as being in business with them as an affiliate NOPE...If I or my customers can't talk to them to get things ironed out its defiantly not a company for me. I recommend you stay as far away from them as you can...there is much better companies out there to work with.

      The worst customer service Ive ever encountered Let me start by saying I have loved Savvi and their line of clothing. I *********** the time. Hate to admit how much Ive spent in the last 18 months. As a small business owner, I would consider a repeat customer a valuable one. (But truly every single customer is valuable.)Im disappointed to leave a negative review. But I am out of options. Last November I ordered quite a bit from Savvi. Some Black Friday sales and some not. When the items came in, I knew off the top several of the sizes were incorrect. Im willing to take responsibility as I ordered from my phone, but for only two items out of 12 to be sized correctly.somethings wrong. I wear S. The items (other than 2) were L, XL and 2X. No where in my purchase history have I ever ordered that sizing. So I pulled up my orders within the Savvi 2-week timeframe, typed up the return (which the website allowed me to do), printed my return receipt and paid for shipping for it to be exchanged. Savvi received my items and refused by email. I responded with all the information including the sizing issues, and they still declined. They simply refused to help me. Other retailers such as **** or JCrew or Anthro would not respond to a customer in this manner. What happened to customer service? Ill wear what I own, Ive given away all the items that I ordered that dont fit, and I will not do business with Savvi any longer. Sad it came to this. I really did enjoy their clothing. But no piece of clothing is worth being treated so poorly.Date of experience: November 25, 2022

      Savvi return policy is ridiculous.1- If you have a damage item or clothes fitted you small or big in order for you to get credit you have to SUBMIT A REQUEST that they have to approve the exchange they will ask you to upload 2-4 pic different angles of the item. 2-Make sure those pic have as muchest information possible you can provide for example:If its a hoodie you will have to write the name for example: STELLA ****** CURRANT A00057-1420-MD go ahead and write your order number and maybe the price too $66 that way they wont turn back an email saying they cannot approve your request cause they dont know what hoodie that was.3-please aware you will be paying $8 for your shipping to return and also will be charge 20% off your item for RESTOCKING FEE.4-you have a period of 30 days to do all of this day #1 starts counting since they charge your card- so if your shipping takes 10- days to get to your hands you have 20 days left plus the approval takes 3-5 days to be accepted or maybe if you dont write all information on your email of requesting that exchange you have to resend the request.You will also pay a monthly subscription.They are rude and they cant never help because they have to follow the protocol or policies. They will keep you on hold to say unfortunately we apologize we cantSubmit request ask for help @sovvisupport. ETC Quality of clothes was told to me was just like lululemon BUT no way comparing one to another.
