Seeking a refund - The program guarantees 20 lbs in as little as 40 days. They say they are committed to every step along the way from coaching to eating habits.... on and on. I had very few touchpoints, but kept every appointment, kept logs of all food, was told at each visit I was doing the "right things," but just unable to lose the weight. From drinking their accelerators, popping their pills, having to drink 70-100oz of water a day, I only felt bloated, hungry, and became extremely depressed with daily weigh in that never resulted in losing any weight. Their legal team has only tried to bully me into convincing me this was my problem, not theirs. If they guarantee their program, and their assigned coach agreed I met the requirements, but was unsuccessful in losing weight, I should expect a refund. I offered to meet in the middle, requesting a 50% refund as I did receive pills and had coaching sessions, but did not lose any weight. I will be pursuing a refund thru a filed court complaint if I do not get their attention with this complaint.
