I bought a vehicle from AutoPro Motors back in June of 2023. When they first showed me the vehicle, I though it was very nice. I looked it over and then took it for a test drive. When I returned I informed them that I liked it and asked if it had any issues. They told me it didn't have any issues and told me they've been driving it around. I was interested in buying the vehicle, but I had to get a cosigner. So I came back with my mother to cosign the following Friday, however we didn't sign for the car that day either, but I don't recall the reason why. We didn't sign any paper work until the following Monday or Tuesday. We were able to drive the vehicle home the same day. Everything seemed fine until I got about 90% of the way home. That's when I got a message saying the oil level was below the required minimum. When I finally got home I started to pull into my driveway, but decided to back out and park on the side of the street. When I backed out I could immediately see where oil had leaked into my driveway. I called them and told them of the issue and they were acting a little surprised and told me it doesn't seem right cause it just had an oil change. I told them that I had oil all in my driveway. Initially they were giving me a hard time about it, but then I spoke to the owner and he agreed to have their mechanic look at it. At this time I informed him of other issues I had noticed. He said he see what they can do. When I was able to bring the vehicle to them the looked at it and determined what the issue was and "fixed it", but after getting the vehicle back I noticed it was still leaking Just not as bad. I called him again to inform him that it was still leaking, but now they were becoming hard to get a hold of. When I did get a hold of them they would say they were with a client and they would call me back, but I still wouldn't hear from them. The issue still hasn't been resolved and I can't get an oil change done until the issue is resolved,Initial Complaint

This has been a complete and udder nightmare. The worst car buying experience of my life. Bought my car from them drove it for a week, was unable to register my car as it didn’t pass emissions. The check engine light turned on, the vehicle started making a crazy loud sound. I notified Joel the owner he said bring the car into BMW of Murray and they will fix it for you, “no problem”. I trusted him and dropped my car off, here we are 3 months later, I still don’t have the BMW X5 I purchased and am paying insurance and my loan on monthly, and there is no end in site. I’ve been patient and compassionate through all of Joel’s lies and excuses. It took him a month and a half to get me a loaner car. He finally did, the car had no plates I had to drive up to Ogden from Riverton with no plates to pick it up from him. I bought an suv because I take care of my elderly mother who has MS and is in a wheelchair in order to fit it in the car. He gave me a Jetta that is very small and will not fit her wheelchair in. Every time I take her to the hospital she has to leave her wheelchair, she’s not able to get out as much as needed which has depleted her mental health and physically making it very difficult for her. The delay in getting a loaner car delayed the registration of my sons schooling which made him miss the lottery at the school and had to wait 2 weeks to get in. I have missed out on thousands of dollars in work since I had no car to get to my jobs. 3 months into this mess and there’s no end in site, no knowledge of what is wrong with vehicle no timeline of when it will be done. The owner has lied, manipulated and taken advantage of me. And looking at the reviews he does this all the time, this is how they run their business and they must be shut down. I’m looking for help in solving this issue, gettin my property back and stopping them from doing this to innocent people.Initial Complaint

I was sold a car with extreme mechanical issues that were not divulged when It was purchased. They tacked on an extended warranty knowing the problems would void the warranty all together. Now I am stuck with a car that is unsafe to drive and with repairs costing half the price of the car.Initial Complaint

Bought the vehicle on November 1st 2021. This Monday we had to take it into a mechanic because the check engine light came on and started blinking that previous Saturday. We havent even had the vehicle a week and the lights come on saying that the engine is misfiring and that that o2 sensor is bad. Not only all of the complications we already had in a week but we were lied to about the services that were done on the vehicle. They told us that they replaced all of the brakes. The brakes are at least 2 years old. They said they replaced the water pump, they didnt. The vehicle also had absolutly no transmission fluid in it at all. The a/c Doesnt work like they said it did either. We tried to call and see if they would take it back since it has only been a week of us owning the vehicle and they denied and said we bought as is. We bought it under the pretense that it was a good mechanicly sound vehicle. We are beyond pissed.
