This company provides “snack care packages” to students. They have nearly non-existent customer service. There is no phone and they only responded once to several emails when my order was delayed weeks. When it was finally delivered, they delivered it to the wrong address. When I then called to cancel future orders (I paid for a package that included 4 quarterly snack boxes) they disregarded my email and never responded and did not comply with my request. Then I attempted to at least update the correct delivery address, also with no response.Initial Complaint

I ordered a series of care packages to be sent to my daughter. I wrote a check, check #**** for $171.60 on August 15th. I received an email that my packages was sent to the incorrect school on August 23rd. I contacted OCM via chat to get this corrected. OCM said they had no record of my order, I sent the email I received from them to them via the chat, they said they would escalate it to a supervisor. I was never contacted. I contacted OCM again via chat on September 5th and asked for a refund. They agreed to mail me a check, confirmed they had my address and said it would take 5 - 10 business days. I waited 21 days and contacted them again. They confirmed they still had not processed my refund and stated they cannot tell me when it will be processed. They refuse to even give me a new time estimate. Their website states check refunds will be sent within 72 hours. I just want my money back.Initial Complaint

I ordered 6,packages to be delivered to my daughter at college. Each package was suppose to be delivered at a specific time for example Halloween. The first one is a welcome package and it still has not arrived.... no one at the company will call me and will only email me saying it is expected to be delivered 9/9. But it never was. I ordered it end of August. Total cost $160. Order #***********
