They took my money and have not communicated with me regarding the status. I had to chase them to find out what was going on. I learned they are not as proactive in their work as they claim. They make themselves inaccessible and will not return my calls. I demanded a refund as they have been an unreliable agent with no communication. ********************** registered and paid for advertising on February 8, 2017. This was for advertising and promoting her timeshare to our network of timeshare brokers for a period of 6 months. We have posted her timeshare on at least two websites continually and have sent out several promotional emails over the years.
We have advertised and promoted her timeshare for over 6 years. The problem is, she has refused to lower her price to the price point we suggested and consistent with the market. Thus, her timeshare did not sell and thus her frustration.
All her phone calls and emails were returned and answered, yet she always complained that is was not enough.
We went above and beyond the 6 months of advertising promised with our registration, we in fact ran ads and promoted her timeshare for 6 years. We would and will continue to advertise if she will comply with our suggestions.
We have suggested on several occasions, that not all advertising works - and she should consider other avenues to market this. We have also suggested several other options - yet she never considered or even tried them to our knowledge.
Regarding the phone number she gave us, this was apparently a work number (***** number with a weird extra long extension). Every time we called this number, the call would never go through. We suggested time and time again for her to call us or email her questions, but instead she just made demands rather than questions, but we still took every call and responded to every email.
