I received two separate emails one on July 10, 2024 and one on July 15, 2024 agreeing to refund the $32.32 I spent on their site on July 09, 2024. To date that refund has not happened. I contacted PayPal which wants to wait 30 days. I will not wait that long for something they have already agreed to and are now refusing to do.Initial Complaint

I have been charged by Truth Finder twice a month for the past year (and beyond.) After reaching out to customer service to resolve this issue, multiple times, they have stopped communication and are not only ignoring my requests, but also providing no support or refund. I have sent all the information I have to the customer service representative I was connected to, via email, and months later, still no response or resolution.Initial Complaint

I canceled the service in May 2024. They deducted $30.08 out of my account on May 8,2024 June 8 2024 July 8 2024 I sent a email requesting to be reimbursed for a minimum of the July fees within 24 hrs of the deduction. I sent emails and called finally speaking with someone and was told I was not eligible for a refund because when I received a refund in 2021 when I cancelled the subscription the first time. I then asked to speak to a supervisor that said he would not refund the money for July. When I asked to speak to his manager he told me he would not transfer me to his boss and no one else available. I said I would hold for someone and he said no he was not going to let me hold for someone above him. I did not want this service, did not use this service and canceled several times thru the automated service in May and June. The hours to talk to someone is 7am to 4pm since that is when I’m at work. I canceled before I was billed July 8th but they deducted it anyway. I sent a email July 9 that said it was canceled and request a refund for the $30.08. This company is charging people without authorization and not offering any resolution. I want a refund for June and July $60.16 as I cancelled this service.Initial Complaint

This website is providing complete incorrect information. 20%of the information listed under this person is my information but this is NOT me. It is saying I committed a medical crime in two states I’ve never been two. I live in California my whole life. My dob is ****. I need this whole profile deleted. If a job was to ever look me up they would never hire me. I work in medical field so this is why I am so upset. The website even lists my actual pharmacy tech license number, my correct email, and some of my relatives. I tried to contact the website but I have have yet to hear anything back from themInitial Complaint

Truth Finder made 3 unauthorized charges to my PayPal account on 12/4/23 .I sent them request to remove the charges.They did not respond to my request.I did not ever require them to charge me.I do not use there service. Please refund my $42.50.
