            This company has been a nightmare. They installed a heating and air unit that has never worked probably for over a year now. They have sent out technicians that clearly did not have a clue how to fix the issue. We get the run around and excuse after excuse. They are extremely hard to get a hold of when you have a issue, and refused to give a number for the owner who is responsible for equipment not working. I have all the information and documentation to back my claim. Proceed with caution if anyone uses them

            We have spoke to the customer every time they have called in during our business hours. The only time no one was available in the office was due to a family member passing away. The office was closed due to short on staff and dealing with the funeral arrangement and services. We got a technician up to their place within 2 or 3 days which is reasonable due to the customer living 3 hours away round trip from our location. They have spoken to an owner on several occasions and the one owner went up and worked on their unit last time. We have done everything in our power to take care of the customer. We have been standing behind our product and service and have taken care of them in a reasonable time with them being so far away from our location.
