I purchased a product from this company and never received it .I kept being told it would ship soon then they would not answer the phone so I started emailing them I finally contacted my credit card company and the said their was nothing they could do. I placed an order with COF Technoligies/ Bite the Bullet on 1/7/21 for **** rounds of 9mm ammunition. They charged my credit card $1338.07 that day. I received an email from ******************************* on 2/4/21 saying orders would be shipped in 2-4 weeks. On 2/8/21, another email said 2-6 weeks. An email on 2/25/21 stated they were under new ownership of ************* LLC and expected shipping date is now 4/1/21. I received an email on 4/1/21 saying they switched ownership in Feb and please email with questions or concerns. I spoke to an employee, Jaycee, on 2/25/21 who assured me the order would be shipped on 4/1/21. I **** several more emails, with the last one on 4/20/21 as they stopped answering calls. On 4/21/21, an email from Creed Ordinance said they had ceased operations and would be in communication to refund my order. An email on 5/6/21 from Creed Ordinance stated COF is closing down and they will be issuing a refund. ******************************** Another email from ****** on 5/19/21 stated she was working on getting a more accurated date on when I would get my refund. On 5/29/21 she advised me to try getting a refund from my bank, but there is a 90 day limit and it had been over that. On 7/16/21, ****** **** another email that they had to take it to Legal because the Merchants are the ones holding the money. I **** several emails in the interim asking for names and numbers of who I needed to be dealing with. Another email from ****** was 11/5/21 again saying I had to issue a chargeback with my bank. On 11/17/21, the last email from ****** said she would give me the Merchants email, but I have not heard back. I **** another email 12/28/21 but never received a response.Initial Complaint

On Jan 8th, 2021, for $2,063.67, I purchased from Bite the Bullet, **** rounds of 7.62X51MM/308 WIN 165GR FMJ BT - FREEDOM Reman. Order ****. I have not received the ammunition. I have not received any communication from Bite the bullet. I called and emailed them each month until May when their emails came back as not deliverable and the phone was out of service, although I called the number tonight, Heritage Ammunition at ************, and an answering machine picked up. The responses I did get indicated at first there was a delay in manufacturing because of a shortage of primers, then the were sold to another company and then no response. I wish I had not done business with this business.Initial Complaint

On 1/8/2021 I spent $331.25 with this company. After not receiving any tracking info or correspondence, I emailed them on 4/21/2021. On 01/06/2021 I placed an order online with the company Bite The Bullet (www.bitethebullet.co) of $701.50 from goods in which the company explained were "in stock and ready to ship". After the order was placed there was a fulfillment timeline if 1-2 weeks. The company never fulfilled the order and I contacted them multiple times by phone and email. I was promised a delivery and was told there was a delay. It is now August 29 **************************************************************************************************************** regards to the company. As a customer that is not my problem. I have placed a request for a fraudulent purchase with my credit card company but have not been successful.Initial Complaint

In January I placed an order for ammunition. The total was approximately $700. I received updates telling me shipping was delayed and they would be sending extra ammo due to this. I received a final shipping date of April 1 2021. To date I have received nothing. The contact information for the company is bad and the website has been removed. I feel this company has made criminal decisions by knowingly stealing money from its customers.Initial Complaint

I order in January/2021. Got a call from a lady stating shipment will be late in March 2021. Then nothing....unable to get a hold of the company. Spent over a thousand dollar. BBB or some regulation agency needs to get involved. This is just not right.
