Date of transaction: June 17, 2022 The amount of money paid: $400 What the business committed to provide you: Window tint I have reached out to the business owner, ****** *******************************, multiple times trying to resolve the problem. When I dropped off the vehicle to Cutting Edge Graphics, I was told it would be tinted fully that day. Later that afternoon, I was messaged via ******** messenger that they didn't have enough tint but had ordered what was needed. Two months later, my rear window isn't done. Now, both my back passenger windows are pealing and when I've reached out, nothing was done. When I got the car back, I noticed the passenger exterior trim was damaged. I mentioned it but was going to let it go as it didn't affect the drivability or safety of the car, it was purely cosmetic. Now I can't get a response, they won't answer the phone, and I'm left here with a half tinted car, and the tint on it is bad, and a damaged vehicle.
