We had service with this company for years but in July 2022 decided to cancel the service because the fees were getting too high. We always prepaid on our account instead of waiting for the invoice and have to send a check every month. We had approximately $832 credit remaining between our two accounts that hadn't been used as of the time we canceled. However, now I cannot get them to call me back. The lady they said I need to talk to is Jody and I've left countless messages for her and even on her phone but she won't answer or return calls. It's like she thinks she can just keep our money if she ignores me long enough. All I'm trying to do is get our money back that we prepaid but never used. We have two accounts, one for each of our locations (Ogden and Clearfield, Utah). I will upload the last statements from them that I received for each location.
