On October 5th 2023, around 2:30pm I selected a set of earphone and took it to the register to pay for them. The price range for all displayed earphones were approximately $22 to $26. I chose the $24.99 set to purchase. I also selected a banana to purchase as well. When the items input into the register the Headphones rang up as approximately $30 plus tax, plus less than a dollar for the banana. It was very busy and I explained the issue to him that the price was displayed at $24.99. He was flustered and so I asked to speak to a manager. He called up a female who represented herself as an owner. I explained the issue to her and she claimed that was impossible the scanner was always correct. So I asked her to scan the price card displayed in front of the product hanging on the pin. She walked in front of the pin and removed the card and said I must have taken the product at the cash register from some other pin. We retrieved it and compared it to the ones hanging on the pins and they were identical in packaging with no other headphones looking even close. She called up another person that appears to be her husband and co-franchisee owner. They spoke to each other for a couple minutes, not in English so, I did not understand their conversation. She came back to the register and grabbed the headphones and just kept repeating, “I am sorry but you can’t shop here.” I was shocked as I have shopped at this store for almost ten years. At this point a customer kept butting into the conversation trying to be a peacemaker, but it only fueled the staff. I was asking them to show me any pricing marker on any of those similar products that even came close to the scanned price. There were none, none priced that high; they were all much lower. When I asked her to please scan the barcode on the peg pricing card, that she had removed into her pocket, she refused and claimed she didn’t know where it was and that she did not take it! Then claimed the product did not match.

This type of explicit race/class warfare acted out in neighborhood family establishments like the corner market is unacceptable. There's this man named D-shant who works at the convenience store around the corner from my house. He just hate being a customer service associate when people walk in. I see it every time I walk in. He get's so angry that even when he says "Welcome" you wonder he means "I'm gonna get you, you spoiled American." When I walked in, to grabbed two boxes of cookies that they make in the store. They make cookies, and it's a joke that they remember me because whatever I buy, I get it with cookies. So on this day, I happened to knock over a box of cookies next to the cookies I want to get. So I didn't pay attention to it. The cookies are kept on the front counter, so I just showed D-Shant the cookies that I wanted an paid for them normally, like anyone else who uses a cash register. It's not unique from customer to customer. Everyone slides or inserts or pays with cash. It's not shaky. Except, D-Shant looked over at the box of cookies I had knocked over, and snapped out violently. Leaving his spot to handle the cookie situation and make an award winning display out of the cookies, which hadn't been that way when another type of cookies was on top of the ones I tried to grab. So when he's making a grand show of this, he starts talking to me sideways. Literally, body turned sideways towards the cookies as he's dogging me out, telling me don't just go somewhere and make a mess and you don't clean it up! Don't come in my store and make a mess of my cookies! I said sorry, it was just a few cookies, and all you had to do was reach over and clean it up. D-Shant escalates and turns up on the next level as he simply rings up two boxes of cookies on the register. "Shut the hell up!" You piece of shit!" I am appalled by this outburst of behavior. I said, all you had to do was clean up a few boxes of cookies. You calling me all kinds

This 7 eleven needs some work in customer service of associates fired, I went in on Sat (9/3/22 at 11:30 pm) and got 2 refills and a twin pack of cookies. The cashier who had a long black beard and long hair pulled in ponytail. The cashier was very rude, and said to me very rudely “if your going to come in here, then show me your cups first”. The 2nd associate who was also very rude, has long black hair pulled in a ponytail and wears all black. He was making grunting noises at people and gives filthy looks to customers. I even heard other customers complaining about how rude he is and he apparently over heard it and said "if you don't ******* like it, then go elsewhere, they I seen them leave". I’ve called 7 eleven corporate about this store and they don’t care at all. I’ve talked with the owner about how bad their store is at night, but they just come with excuses to keep this grunting employee around. This owner needs to fire this grunter of an employee, have a mandatory meeting about employees stepping up and working nights to replace him. Especially the owner’s family since they work there. I WILL NEVER GO INTO THIS 711 EVER AGAIN, SO LONG AS THOSE 2 RUDE GUYS ARE THERE, ESPECIALLY THE GRUNTING ONE
