Everyone I interacted with at RGS was professional and friendly. It started with **** at the estimating stage, all the way to workers the day of installation. I had regular update calls regarding scheduling my work which was refreshing. I knew my project was scheduled out at least 2 months, but I had regular updates and contact - I never felt forgotten. My project was also very small in the scheme of projects, they treated me as though I was the most important customer. Excellent work, and excellent customer service.Thank you!Review from Carolyn R

RGS Exteriors was a class act from start to finish. Great people, great products and a fair price. They had very detailed processes to make sure things went off without a hitch including the office staff keeping us up to date with scheduling. RGS exteriors met and exceeded our expectations. Starting with *******************, he was prompt and understood our needs. There was no pressure to buy more than what we needed. He gave us a complete package of licenses and insurance and information about the company. The work was then completed so quickly and beautifully! The whole team at RGS did a fantastic job giving our house an exterior facelift. We appreciated ****** as estimator and ******* as project manager. ***** did a great job as siding installer. ********* and ******* did the gutter replacements-better than they were when new. **** fabricated impressive chimney caps. *****, *****, and ***** were competent and helpful as office staff. The old "Bait and Switch" tactic. They (Jarom) came out on Sep. 17th and got a price quote on rain gutters for a portion of my house for $650. Followed up on Monday, the 20th to put me on the installation schedule. Got a text early Tuesday morning, the 21st from Jarom saying that there is now a minimum of $800 to do the gutters. Tried calling Jarom (left a message), he said he was in a work meeting and would call in an hour. It's almost Noon and still no call. Pretty horrible customer service in my opinion!RGS Exteriors and Construction Response

This reply is very late as we just saw this. No idea how it was missed. That said we are truly sorry you felt like a bait and switch. I promise that is not how we runs a business more than half of our work is repeat business and or refferals. We care more about that than a small amount of monies on a job. Anytime we do a small job that meets a minimum we actually lose money of those jobs but we simply do them to gain a customer and know we will get referrals etc etc During the time of this estimate was busy season and thus the larger minimum job. I am so sorry you felt different. I am truly sorry for the confusion. Regarding calling you back in a timely matter. That is definitely not ok. If it was on a Tuesday there was a company meeting that day that took the majority of the day. That said he would have made that clear ans old it sounds as tho he didnt .I am truly sorry.
