Failed to transfer policies to another agent, failed to execute instructions regarding my insurance policies, offensive and insulting communications, refuse to comply with business instructions with regards to personal insurance policies.

Hi *******. I want to respond to this to hopefully clarify some of the issues that you had. Regarding ** failing to execute instructions regarding your policies. You had repeatedly asked us to pay for a claim out of our own personal pockets, and then reimburse ourselves once the claim was completed. We were not able to comply with this request because it is illegal. We cannot personally make payments on behalf of insureds even with a reimbursement. Regarding not transferring your policies. It appears that after you were frustrated that we would not personally pay a claim and wait for a reimbursement, you went online to transfer your policies, however you only selected the policies that had your daughter listed as the named insured. One policy, your 2008 Pontiac, just had your name on it and was not transferred by our online system. This is an easy mistake to make so it is understandable. When you brought that last policy to our attention via email asking to transfer it to another agent, I can see that one of our team members responded within 7 minutes with the instructions on how to complete that transfer. Regarding the offensive and insulting communications. Looking through our email communications, the only comment that could possibly qualify is the following exact quote that I emailed you, which is "Quite frankly and with all due respect, every one of your interactions with my office has involved you disrespecting or being rude to my team members which is not something I stand for".
