Worst experience ever!!!!! Decided to go with this company the day of our job start date radio silence for three days. i called between those three days about 13 times to see what was going on since I had told the owner on the phone that i would be out of town and would need to let the person at the house when the job would start, finally after numerous attempts he calls me back explaining there was a medical emergency and his assistant did not know how to respond back, so i gave him another chance. Then we decide on the 5th of July, no contact until the day of the job then told he would have to push me back since the rain put him behind, then we confirm another date of 7/12 i messaged him at 7:30 on 7/11 no response text again at 6:40 no response then i leave him a message asking if he was going to flake on us and then he calls me back indicating that he does not have the employees to do the job, at this point in time he is just string us along, so i tell him his services are no longer required. If he would have told me that he was booked two months out i would have used him, however since the communication is the worst and told i am the one that is unreasonable because i hold companies to their word. Do not use this company unless you like being jerked around and not have any type of updates on when they will show up to your house.

Hello *****!I apologize for any inconvenience; we strive to work better at any opportunity we possibly can. When you requested a bid for the exterior paint job of your home, since it was in the middle of the summer, I explained to you on numerous occasion we are not sure an exact start date. This is why we took no deposit, and we did not establish a contract. I gave you a tentative start date and did keep communication open with you, I called you back every day you called me, and told you we needed to keep the date tentative since we already have a list of homes that were already on the schedule. I tried to accommodate you as much as I possibly could. You were demanding of a response the second that you would call and were extremely rude and demeaning. Like I said I have apologized on numerous occasions, and I tried to make a resolution with you by offering you %10 off the service. I still hope to find resolution with you in the future and thank you for the constructive criticism.
