    I purchased a Walker Edison glass desk on Amazon and after owning it for about a year, the glass top exploded, cut my hand in the process, and broke my work monitor. I connected with Walker Edison customer service and they said they would not be able to do anything more than send me a replacement desk, which is not acceptable, and then told me to contact Amazon. I did contact Amazon and they said this is not their issue, and to contact Walker Edison. I have damage to my property and person due to a glass failure on this desk. The desk was put in place one time in my office corner, never moved again, and the 50lb glass rating was far higher than the 20lb monitor I had on it, of which I provided this information to Walker Edison customer service rep. Not sure if this is a manufacturer defect, or if the Amazon listing is inaccurate and is the cause of this issue. I asked Walker Edison to reimburse me the cost of the desk and the monitor and they said they would not be doing that. They offered me a new glass desk which I would be insane to accept from them. Walker Edison basically said that since it is outside of the warranty period that they would not do anything for me, as if being in warranty would have kept the glass from exploding. The desk was not cheap either (well, maybe the glass was) and i will NEVER be buying from them again. They sold a defective product (over 20 one-star reviews on Amazon for exploding glass) and made no effort to make it right with a customer whom experienced a medical injury and damage to his personal property. Avoid this company AT ALL COSTS!

    Placed an order at 7:02 a.m and sent an email at 7:36 a.m to cancel. I get an email at 10:43 a.m saying my package is shipped. I call to let them know I do not want it. Lady I spoke to told me thats fine but Ill still be charged a 10% restocking fee!!! For what?! It hasnt even left the warehouse. I told her I would go to BBB and dispute it on my credit card. I was told to go ahead because that is in their return policy. Im just writing this to let others be aware of how shady this business is. They basically took my money for absolutely NOTHING! Also, They make it difficult to even try to cancel. Only order if you absolutely want the item. Ill never give them any business ever again

    Hi *******,Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we greatly appreciate it.We send our orders to our warehouse as they come in and we are not able to cancel orders once they are received by our warehouses.As our return policy states "Our warehouses make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible therefore we cannot guarantee an order will be able to be canceled. Order cancellations must be received the same day to have the best chance of being cancelled. If an order has already shipped, we will work with the carrier to have it sent back to us, if possible. Please note a 10% restocking fee may apply for orders cancelled due to buyers remorse."The 10% fee would be a restocking fee since our warehouse team would have to receive the order again and restock it.We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible once they are placed and we apologize that this caused your order to not be able to be cancelled.Thank you,Walker Edison

    I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Do not order anything from this company unless you want to deal with people who are completely incompetent to run a business. We made the poor choice to purchasing a tv stand from them. It took two months to get delivered, because we needed one quicker we bought one from a different company. We attempted to cancel the order but couldnt get anyone from customer service to reply. They conveniently answered the day after they shipped the package. When I attempted to return the furniture they wanted to charge a flat fee and a 10% restocking fee. After providing proof of my multiple requests to cancel the order they agreed I wouldnt be charged either. Its now been over 3 weeks since they received the furniture back in their warehouse. Today they finally processed the refund, but charged the flat fee and 10% restocking fee. And to top it all off, instead of refunding me the money, they charged my card again. These people are complete idiots and this has to be the worst company Ive ever dealt with. DO NOT BUY

    My wife made a mistake and purchased a Walker Edison cabinet from Wayfair. It is incredibly difficult to build and made from inferior materials. The top has several light scratches and one of boards broke in two pieces. Six weeks after notifying Walker Edison, I'm still waiting for a replacement for the broken piece. The cabinet sits unfinished in my den. It would have cheaper to just buy something already made from a local furniture store. Lesson learned. At this point, I may just throw the unfinished and just eat the $800.

    I purchased a Walker Edison bunk bed from Lowes recently. I hired a handyman to assemble it and a support board broke when my grandchild laid on the bed for the first time. The board literally broke. So I had to have the handyman come back to fix the broken board for an additional $50. I contacted Walker Edison, sent them a photo plus purchase documentation and they told me to contact Lowes instead. Apparently, Walker Edison does NOT stand behind their poor quality items.By this time the bunk bed has been repaired, in an unsightly fashion, so their offer to replace the broken board falls short. DO NOT purchase Walker Edison furniture unless you are fine with faulty items and poor customer service. Give other companies your business.

    Way Fair sells Walker Edison products and nether of them stand behind their products. Dont walk but run away from Walker Edisons c*** It cost me $181.00 to figure out how much they ****. Poor customer service and poor quality ********************. Dont be there next victim as all they care about is their own bottom line. Walker Edison, you should be ashamed of yourself. Im going to every lengths to badmouth your product and company. Hopefully Ill see you in court one day.

    We purchased a Walker Edison bunk bed from a third party a couple years ago and recently received a recall notice that the slats were not safe. The notice supplied information about getting a repair kit shipped to us by going online to their recall site. I filled out the information as best I could considering the purchase was so long ago, and I thought it unreasonable to search back through years of records.A company rep named ***************** emailed me asking for a photo of the bed, company where we purchased, date, order number, tracking number, etc., in order to qualify for their kit. Except for the photo, I think this is a bit much. Why did they send us a recall notice if they didn't think we qualified? The end result after a further exchange of emails was us ending the conversation by saying we would supply the repair materials ourselves, thank you very much.It's disappointing they chose to skirt their responsibility in this matter by making highly questionable demands. I am giving them two stars instead of one because the bunk bed seems to be holding up fine so far.

    We purchased a child's bunkbed (abby **** over **** bunk bed) from this company which later broke from underneath. It turns out that it was poor design, with too little support from the slats included. The product was recalled, the company offered additional slats because of this.However, after customer service promised ** they would send some, they never sent them, and never sent a tracking number as they said they would. They closed our case and forgot about us.We will be avoiding this company's products in the future. The customer service is a problem, and the build quality is a problem.

    Have yet to get thru to customer service. Have defective part and emailed 10 days ago with no response. Spent the last 3 days calling customer service # with no answer currently been on hold for over an hour.

    Ordered a bed frame 2 years ago and one joint is broken and its broken from the part some permanent pieces in the wood came out. I tried to contact the company about it and just like everyone else, their customer service is terrible. I realized after trying to fix it that the bed frame was poorly designed the joints arent designed well to be stable. I will not buy another item from them again. After spending $500 on a bed frame that didnt last Im disappointed. They only have a year warranty and even though the part itself is defective essentially, they dont cover it or do anything. Just please beware of their designs. Wood is also very cheap quality.
