I went to Granger Medical Clinic with my mother, due to some problems she had during her menopause. The first time we went they prescribed my mother some medications and took a urine sample. I had asked if we had to pay for the urine sample being tested, which they said that we do not have to pay for only the visit to Granger. I paid for the visit but later got a letter in the mail and a call from Granger stating that we need to pay for the urine sample being tested, I called Granger and asked about it but after talking to both the front desk and nurse they both kept insisting I had to pay. It was a relatively small amount so I brushed it off and just paid for it. But my mother kept bleeding from the genital area, which I told the nurse and doctor about. I described the medications that my mother had been taking, that had been prescribed by both Granger and another institution. The doctor recommended that they remove something from my mothers genital area, which could lead to the bleeding. We agreed and they did the process of removal. After it was removed I had asked both the nurse and doctor if everything was ok, which they both agreed. Then due to the past experience I had again asked both the nurse and doctor if there were more payments needed for this other than the visit and the removal. They both said that there were not going to be any more payments needed except for the visit and the removal. I paid for the visit/removal and left. Later I received two letters from different companies stating that I had to pay for testing of the part that was removed. The total came to about $400-$500. I was furious and confused so I called Granger again, but the front desk lady kept saying that the manager had to talk to me and that she would call me back. I never got a call back. I kept calling again and again. This went on for 2 - 3 months. And I keep getting calls from the other companies saying that I need to make a payment to this day. I have recordings if you need

I had an appointment on August 10, 2023 with Dr. S****. The appt was made to discuss questions regarding Cologuard or colonoscopy. This was clearly a physical issue. I paid $25 copay at time of service as required by my insurance. The total cost of the vist was $80. IF BILLED CORRECTLY my insurance would pay the remaining $55.00. I then receive an online statement from GRANGER MEDICAL saying I owe them $55.00. I paid the $55.00 with check through my financial institution to protect my credit rating. So bill at this time was PAID IN FULL by ME. I called my insurance. They said Granger Medical had not submitted claim until August 22, 2023. Then I receive a paper statement through the mail from GRANGER MEDICAL saying I still owe $55.00. I contacted Granger Medical several times. I received two phone calls. I saved voicemails. I called insurance again. Insruance said claim was rejected because it had a billing code wich is only used for Mental Health Issues and Mental Health Issues cannot be submitted by an OB/GYN. Clearly, COLOGUARD and colonoscopy issues are NOT mental health issues. I sent another email to Dr. S****'s office saying the insurance said it needed to be resubmitted with correct diagnosis/billing code. I received message back saying they don't handle billing issues. They gave me a number to call. It was not the correct number, but the person transfered me to billing. I received recorded message stating everyone in billing was in meeting and call could not answer any calls. I am seeking a CORRECT invoice showing my payments of $25.00 for copay and additional payment of $55.00 by checck. Additionally I need a statement showing my insurance had been billed correctly. Finally, after insurance has paid GRANGER MEDICAL I need my $55.00 refunded to me.

I use the clinic in Riverton since 2021 and this is the second time this business send my name to collection, the first time I did not received any letter, at least I cannot recall, this time I had issues with my insurance provider and I've talked to them since November and even called in December and they even told me at reception that this bill could be paid with payment plans that they provide to cusrtomer at some ocasions, they only send me one text message last week saying that they were sending my name to collection. This is absurd! I feel extremelly offended and disrespected as I tried to contact them two times and they didn't give me approprkkiate advice, the girls at their reception and also over the phone could have told me that this could happened instead they just brought me more frustration! I want copy of all my records and have my files closed as I don't wish to ever use this company! They have no respect for their customer!

My wife was a new patient and due to misinformation we arrived at the wrong location for our appointment. Upon calling the office they told us to drive over and we could be seen. Upon arriving they collected our insurance information and ID, then after processing our information they told us we would have to reschedule our appointment after they said we could be seen. We decided not to reschedule and told the office that we would not be patients there. A few week later we get a $50 charge for a missed appointment even though we were there.

The problem I have with this business is. I am a very troubled man with personal issues in my life that are very heavy. And there were a string of appointments that I could not make to the clinic to see my primary care provider. There were six appointments that I had in a seven or eight months time. I only missed two. The other four appointments I called and rescheduled and could not make them. But as I could not make the appointment I kept rescheduling. Until the final time I try to reschedule the appointment and the receptionist told me that. “ well I have to talk to Dr. P******* and see if he could still see you as a patient because you missed so many appointments”. Well, with what’s going on in my life I could not make my appointments and the public transportation takes money in which I was unemployed at the time. So I took that very personal and I told the receptionist that I no longer wanted to see Dr. P******* and that I was going to get me a new primary care provider. so along with that I decided to file a grievance against The Granger medical clinic West Valley to my county insurance in which was called “select health“. So when I filed a grievance and select health got back to them. Whatever it was select health told them. The next thing I know was I got a letter in the mail from them telling me that they can no longer see me as a patient and that they suggest that I find another primary care provider. In which I did not want to see them anymore anyway, little did they know. So not too long after that I got a bill stating that I owed Granger medical clinic $200 for all the missed appointments. I only missed two appointments I canceled the other four so they don’t have the right to charge me and they’re threatening my credit in which I’m in the process of getting a loan from my credit union for a car. I need some help resolving this issue or I’m going to be forced to take them to court and sue the clinic!
