***** agreed to do are whole yard tree trimming, **** trimming, and CLEAN up. I had a dying tree that I asked him to cut down and he did and cut another tree down that he knew he shouldn't have. He said he would take care of it and never did or has. I have tried contacting him many times and he has failed to come back and be his word and deed. I would not recommend him or his business.

On a Friday morning, 09/16/22, ****** (****************, owner of Quality Tree Service and Landscaping, of ****************, ****, came to the house in ***************, selling his services. He seemed nice * represented that he was experienced, licensed, and insured with the *************. We told him specific things we needed done. He said he would get back with us regarding what we were requesting. Shortly after he left, his crew arrived. We, being surprised, asked the workers if ***** had agreed to all our terms and price? His first price was far too high, we declined, he then had proposed a much lower price. His workers reported he had, because he had sent them over *to start. I called ***** to verify. I left him a detailed message regarding our terms, expectations, and price. I explained that we were understanding that he was agreeing to everything, since he had already sent his men over to start working. Later he acknowledged receiving my message. He said that ALL WE DESCRIBED WAS AGREEABLE. The main reason we hired him was for the difficult trimmings that required a boom lift. Later that afternoon, he returned, and stated he needed $, "so he could pay his ***** * *** needed to get to his bank before it closed". He promised they would finish all the remaining work. They had completed only 35% to 40% of agreed upon project. THE HARDEST PARTS WERE NOT YET STARTED. Yet ***** was demanding 70% of total pymt. He repeatedly promised * WROTE ASSURANCE of full completion of all terms. I finally paid. He reported he was taking his men to dinner, * then they would return that evening, to complete more work. They did not return that evening, nor on the following Monday. He left his trailer and bucket truck on our property till the next week. We texted and called many times leaving msgs and voicemails. He once sent a message. Said he was having family * mech. probs but would return, He never returned or communicated with us again. He has done all this before to many others!
