I hired this company to fix my ice maker in my freezer. On September 12, 2023 when the service man arrived he immediately asked to use my bathroom. This made me suspicious of him. He looked at my fridge/freezer briefly and said I had a faulty valve. I paid him the diagnostic fee and he said he would be back. The next day, September 13, I had another company look at it. They spent a lot more time and said there was nothing wrong with the valve and that the repair was not fixable. I called the Quality Appliance to complain and to cancel the repair. The woman who answered the phone was very irritated with me and hung up on me while I was still talking. That night I went and checked on the bathroom he used. The window had been unlocked, I know that it was locked before the appointment. I waited one more day, September 15, and called back Quality Appliance and ask to speak to the owner/manager. They put me on hold and then a women answered and said her name was Brittney I asked her last name and she very rudely said I'm not giving that to you. I told her that I did not believe her and I hung up. I went and filed a complaint at my local police station.(September 15) I fear that this business is just a front for criminal activity.
