So I got a car loan from this company which got paid off in full in July. I got a letter staring my refund from the gap insurance which was $693.20 was sent to the dealership. Well then the dealership sent it to this loan company. Which is how it goes but anyways when I called them a manager told me that it could take up to 30 days for them to process and send my check. So 4 weeks have past and called and a representative told me it would be 30 to 90 days. When I asked to speak with his manager I had to wait 25 mins. Finally when speaking with the manager, I was told that it would take 30 to 45 days for them to process and send it. I asked why I was told 30 and then 30 to 90 and got the response, I don't know. So when I asked to speak with her boss, I was told I am not aloud to. Then proceeded to tell me that she would email him. So when I asked for his email address to send a msg myself she said she doesn't know it. How do you send an email if you don't know the address then? So I was lied to...I just want my refund. It's what they owe me. Also she tried to tell me they had to take their portion of the refund, which no that's a lie. The whole amount goes to me not them. Now there holding my money and when I asked her about how long it would take again, she told me I would get it when I don't need it and I'll get it when I least expect it. Sorry but that is not a professional answer. Then the lieing on top of that made it worse. I have a recording of the 1st manager telling me 30 days. Also of a representative saying that the dealership supposedly took the money back for the loan. Which is impossible considering it has been paid off for over a month and you can't take money out of someone else's account when ever you want. That would mean that they have access to their accounts which is not likely. So with all the lies and being denied to talk to a boss of some kind that knows what they are doing makes this place very unprofessional. I want my refund and an apology

I ******** ***** co-signed for my daughter to get a car. They repossessed the car and sold it for $1,000. Now the balance is $7,240.53. She could have bought the car for $1,000. She was behind 2 payments. Can they do this? The car is valued at more than what they sold the car for. I’m on disability and retired. I can’t pay this. She called them repeatedly before they auctioned off the car to make arrangements. They kept demanding the pay-off. She told them she couldn’t pay it off but she wanted to make arrangements to get it caught up and they refused to do that. She has already paid $14,785.00 The car is a Nissan Rogue bought used. And it is valued at $10,948. They overcharged her.

I have a vehicle with Global lending that has been involved in an accident. The vehicle was a totaled loss, gap and insurance paid the off in full this company reported my account past due may and June. This has drastically affected my score, I spoke with my insurance company who advised my that payment had already been processed and sent to global lending acct#****** and that they weren't sure why this company reported this account late. Im in the process of trying to purchase another vehicle, I am not responsible for late payments. I work 2 jobs while going to college and this derogatory report is drastically my score im asking respectfully for a removal of late payments from profile respectfully.

My old car was with Gloabl Lending Services. i traded it in at Matthews Kia and got a new car. Matthews was supposed to send a pay off check to Global Lending and there was ALOT of back and forth for about 3 months because Glbal kept saying they never got the pay off. Come to find out there was a fraudulent check created WITH MY NAME ON IT that was sent to my old lender. Kia Matthews denies it was them and Global Lending does too. Kia is who sent the check but Kia stated they have a copy of the check that was delivered then there another check with a different amount but with my name on it. Kia and Global could not get on the same page and by my pay off quote not being paid off in time it hit my credit score 94 points… im in the process of buying a house and it completely stopped the process. I had to hire a 3rd party credit company to fix these issues on my credit.. AND it still shows i owe about 1,100 to Global and that is officially on my credit report. i guess the pay off wasn't the correct amount or what im not sure but again no communications and and no help from either parties and im the one who is affected. how can i owe on a car that was traded in fairly? the mess up in not on my end and im suffering for it. Desired Settlement: i want to be compensated for the expenses paid to Lexington Lawfirm and the 1,100 thats STILL owed on the Kia Sportage I TRADED IN

Yes I had Covid and my check was short for Aug payment, so I called before the payment was late to ask for a deferment, so i didn’t mess up my credit. Was told that I had to be late for 2 months in order to do a deferment, I know that was not accurate, so I called back a week later spoke with another rep ask about the deferment was told that I had to make the payment, I order to do a deferment. Called today spoke to rep and a manager was told that an extension is an deferment, had to give the definition of both words which are different. In hard times per their own words called and we can help. They refused to help like the quote on the bill.
