            As a customer..i visited this place to purchase some pallets for daughters project. When I finished loading the pallets on my truck, I proceeded to the office to pay. As I walked in..the first thing the judgmental manager asked if I was vaccinated..i told him no (really its none of his business to ask). If there was a sign to wear a mask..i would. He then kicks me out and told me to walk around back to his window to pay there. He then tells his employees to leave the door open to air-out the room. Very demeaning and degrading towards me as a customer.

            First of all there is a note on door that does instruct someone to wear a mask and to respond for payment of used pallets at the window. This is done due to the Covid situation and the health of the owner Mr. Andis of whom did speak to Mr. ******. Regardless of the note people do just walk right in. Mr. Andis has supplied the community with free firewood for years but due to his health we have tried to still help the community and maintain some control. Mr. Andis did agree to sell to Mr. ****** pallets of which we don't due on a regular bases since it was for his daughter. The pallets were $49.00 our cost in them and Mr. Andis only charged him $40.00. In defense of our Company we do have our own policy regarding the Covid situation and will ask people to mask regardless of what your business is with us upon entering the offices or plant if we see necessary. Mr. ****** seems to be one of the people that regardless of this Covid situation feels like no rule applies to him.
