              I signed a contract with All State Paving on May 24th to repave my driveway. I was notified they would do the job on Friday July 15th. When no one had showed up by 9:30 I called to make sure they were coming.I was told they had gotten a day behind because of rainy weather and would be there next Tuesday or Wednesday. I was notified Sunday they would do the work on Tuesday July 19th. However Monday afternoon I was notified because a nearby job they were going to do was canceled and asphalt prices had risen they couldn't afford to do my driveway even though we had a contract. I think perhaps this has worked out for the best after the way they have treated me.I just want to warn other people of their business practices.

              Mr. ******* did contact AllState Paving thru ****** **** which we were charged $41.78 for an estimate to repave his driveway. AllState Paving was very busy during that time and turned the lead over to ******* ****** at which Mr. ******* did sign a contract to perform the work on 5/24/22. I have obtained a copy of that contract from ******* ****** (attached). It is my understanding that ******* ****** was unable to do the work on the specific date due to rising cost of materials and notified the customer to discuss. He was told that the job could be done at a later date with another job. Mr. ******* told them he had another quote for cheaper. I would ask that this review be removed and this case be closed immediately. Mr. ******* has slandered our company name on every social media we advertise on. You may reach us at ************.
