      January 12 2023 Dishwasher repair. Company identified problem and ordered part to complete fix. Technician damaged floor while removing dishwasher and caused gouges and damage to wood surface around dishwasher. After repair dishwasher still not cleaning. Owner/tech came back out and reworked the repair. This again did not get the dishwasher working to where it cleans dishes. Contacted company to remedy the issue of not functional dishwasher or refund within 30 days on the work. 40 daysnis their refund window for parts and service The company then proceeded to delay and 13 days after my contact to request a fix or return they replied. Appliances repair near you ( the company) then notified me they were not crediting and that I could write review etc. BUT they are not coming back to finish the job Unprofessional and poorly handled. Not replying for 13 days after repeated reach out seems to have been to ensure 30 day return window on the work was passed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS Contact me for details.  ****************

      The business attempted to fix my washing machine on 7/6/22. While it initially appeared it was fixed, the washing machine failed again after attempting a load of laundry. On 7/8/22, I texted the repairman to let him know it was not fixed. He said he was going to try to get a replacement part but on 7/12/22 he let me know the part was out of stock. On 7/14/22, he called to let me know that he would refund the $224 charged for the services. On 7/29/22, I called the repairman to let him know I still had not received the refund - he said he'd call me back but he did not. On 8/7/22, I called him again and he said he'd drop off the refund in cash the next day. He never showed up or tried to get in contact with me. I have tried multiple times to contact him via text and call but have never heard back.

      I contacted this company to repair my washer. They diagnosed on 3/17/22 and I paid them $50. They identified the broken part, ordered it and called me with the price. On 3/28 they returned to install the part. They could not get it to work. While at my place they broke my washer overflow pan, didn't re-assemble the washer properly (2 screws were still on the floor when they left) and left water in and under the overflow pan.They called the next day and told me to replace the washer/dryer. I asked them about the damage they left, including the broken pan. They told me that was my problem, refused to discuss it, hung up on me several times and used foul language when speaking to me.Their website says 100% satisfaction guaranteed, but that is not how they treated me.I've contacted another appliance repair company and it will cost $40 for a new overflow pan and $100 installation.

      **. ***** ********, with Appliances Repair Near You, came out to my house on October 22, 2021, to diagnose a problem with my dryer. He discovered that the belt had snapped and he needed to order a new belt. His charge for the diagnosis was $50.00, (which I paid him). He stated that this amount would be applied to the cost of repairing the dryer. He returned on October 26, 2021, and would not allow me to stay in the laundry room while he did the repair work. I paid him $214.00 to replace the belt. (Total $264.00). When he left my house, I went down to the laundry room only to find the dryer was not put back together, the top was not seated correctly, the control panel was not secured, and the panel at the bottom of the dryer was not in place. I also found a long spring on the floor, which I suspected belonged inside the dryer. I immediately Stopped Payment on the check ($214.00), as he left the dryer in a shambles. He contacted me immediately to say the he could not deposit/cash the check, and I informed him that I did not have a dryer that was properly put back together. He came back a day or so later, to put the dryer back together, again not wanting me to be in the laundry room while he was working. (2nd BIG MISTAKE ON MY PART). Before he left my house, I asked him to check the dryer door, because when I would go to open it, it would drop rapidly and come slamming down. He stated that the door was fine, that there was nothing wrong with the door, and that he didn't touch the dryer door. When I asked him what the long spring was from, and why it was on the floor with one of his tools, he snatched it out of my hand and said that it had fallen out of his tool box along with his tool. ******************** then returned the canceled check to me, and I wrote out a new check in the amount of $214.00 payable to him. A few weeks later I found another long spring, just like the first spring, underneath a shelf unit. The two springs are to support the dryer door.
