              A tech visited my home to fix a dishwasher that won't properly dry the dishes. He wasn't there for 5 minutes, hadn't really looked at the dishwasher before deciding that there was nothing wrong with it and tried to charge me $160 for "maintenance" because it was moldy. I declined the maintenance service and insisted he do what I requested - diagnose why the machine won't dry the dishes. He couldn't figure it out. But he disconnected my dishwasher and didn't properly reconnect it so water leaked under my floor and caused significant damage to the wood & now the company is being rude and dismissive and won't take responsibility for the buckled wood floor damage.

              After five visits over eight days, the company could not repair my GE washing machine. In spite of their inability to get the job done, DMV Appliance Repair refused to refund the fee that I had paid for service. Ostensibly, I was told it was the fee for the service visit. I wouldn't recommend this company at all.
