I would have never financed with this business if I had a better credit score. It’s businesses like this that take advantage of many people like me struggling to make ends meet and just need a reliable vehicle to get back and forth to places like grocery store, doctors appointments and school. If I didn’t have children I would say to hell with a vehicle honestly, less of a bill to worry about but for my family it is a need not a want. I had this car for that’s only valued at $2K for 3 yrs paying $500 a month on and well over paid with $11K to pay on it. Yes it was my choice to finance with them but do to my credit my back was up against the wall. I came into a financial hardship recently so payment had to be delayed a few days. They already reported my account to collections so there goes my credit score dropped and no vehicle to get my kids back and forth to school and doctors or grocery. Never will I finance again and I wouldn’t recommend leasing on anything. It was good up until your unable to make payments on time and these people do not empathize only humans can. Consumers are the reason these businesses have an income. We need to do better to support one another. Thanks for allowing me to rent the car. No need to reply unless you’re going to give me a heartfelt sympathetic response and allow me to keep the car for having already paid over $10K on. ??Review from Shay C.

These people are the worst people I’ve ever dealt with. They are heartless . I wish I never gave them my business. This is the message I was sent after recently purchasing 2 cars with them. Do not go here ! This is with Total Auto Finance. We will not be able to give you any more extension on your deferred payment. If you can not come up with the down payment it means you can not afford this vehicle. You have time till 6 pm today. If the payment will not be made your car will be repossessed. Sincerely,

Hello dear customer, We are sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately we don't have any account registered on your name. However, we would like to explain how the process works. All customers getting approved with certain downpayment amounts, but sometimes they can be short partially and cannot pay everything at the time of the purchase. We still give them a chance and agree on the promissory note which is usually 1 or 2 weeks. If customer doesn't come up with the payment we still try to contact them and work with them. If someone's car is repossessed because of deferred downpayment, she either didn't respond to phone calls and messages at all or was extremely late which is 2 weeks + In any case, we cannot be blamed because of the deferred downpayment as it is our help to customers and we are not legally obliged to wait for certain time period. However, nowadays it is very hard to find banks working as soft as we do in terms of payment flexibility. Don't hesitate to contact for further questions Thanks Total Auto Finance [email protected]
