The date of transaction is 11/25/2022. Was contacted by a person Named *****(*********************), inquired about a vehicle that is up for sale on wednesday 11/23/2022. Was looking to purchase vehicle, but in order to buy it, he sent me a link (**************************************). to run a report of vehicle, send it to his email address ************************ phone number **************.. He said he only wanted a report from this site, that he would reimburse me when he would meet up to buy car. I had paid for report, emailed him copy of report. After sending report, I emailed him and text him. He never responded back. He refuses to respond back.I also called the www.reportshq.com phone number.no one answered the phone(it rings 6 times, then I get disconnected.Business response

As described by Customer the Transaction of 35.95 $ was made on 11/25/22 (Friday). And it is highly possible that Customer called us after office hours or maybe the next day during the weekend (Saturday- Sunday) which is a weekend holiday in our office.
Naturally we don’t have any control on the buying decision of the potential buyer of the complainant although All our products are backed with 100% money back guarantee and all our customers can get a full refund if there is something wrong in our Vehicle history report. This refund policy is also mentioned on the homepage of our website.
We have also talked with the complainant to listen to his side of story and came to understand that there was nothing wrong with our report and the complainant simply wants the refund, but he did not know that he can email to our support center and get a full refund against his purchase if he is not satisfied. As per our 100% money back guarantee policy we have issued a full refund of 35.95 $ for the complainant to compensate for his bad experience. A copy of Refund is attached with this response letter. An email is also sent to the complainant regarding his Refund.
Complainant is satisfied and the issue is resolved.
