On 29 September A Action Home Services came to help repair a gas leak after the gas was shut off by the gas company and meter locked. The technician they sent did not know how to properly fix it and proceeded to cut the lock off the gas meter - which I believe is against the law. It was also against my wishes and put me and my property in danger. The work he did do did not actually fix the leak but for some reason it cost $806. Later it was discovered that the entire gas line leading to the stove would need replacement. This was done on October 1 and cost $745. This was a bigger job yet cost less. At the time, I had never received a bill for the $806 and believe I was overcharged. I have asked for an itemized bill to justify the charge and they just sent an invoice with one item and it took them 4 days to do it. I want justification of the charges and/or refund of overpaymentBusiness response

In response to Complaint ID No. ********, A Action Home Services would like to report that this particular claim was handled directly with the customer. On the 12th of October 2021, the customer was given a $100.00 credit on her account with A Action Home Services as well as issued a $200.00 refund for the services performed in her home (***** residence) that day.
A Action Home Services is always striving to provide excellent customer service and regret that this customer felt treated unfairly. We hope to have remedied the issue with ********************* and look forward to working with her in the future.
