      "I financed a new *** X5 through my company, ***************** The finance manager deceived me into purchasing a $4,000 warranty, which increased my premiums and the overall car price. The car already comes with a 3-year maintenance warranty, including three oil changes from ***. He did not mention this, even though my wife noted that her old car had a maintenance warranty. He omitted this information because he knew we would reconsider purchasing the additional warranty. He also exaggerated the cost of oil maintenance to $300 to persuade me to buy the unnecessary additional warranty. I have requested to cancel the warranty and would like a full refund, but I have not received approval to cancel it.They are literally scamming people to get the warranty they dont need

      They fooled me into signing up for maintenance agreement for 4 years cost of which is $2,700.00. Which covers only oil change !!!!! What a scam. I admit it was my fault to sign on that. I was 36 weeks pregnant when purchasing and was assured it covered all basic services but lie like that extremely disappointed. I m hoping they have some decency to cancel that and refund the unused portion. Service wait time is horrible as well.

      This is the worst ********************** I have ever encountered. My partner and I have used their service several times but will never ever use again. In February, we took out there to service an engine light. The diagnostic test was $220 and I wasnt able to stay there to do repairs because I had chemo the same day. The test revealed about $3400.00 in repairs and I returned the vehicle the following day. They did not offer a rental car or ride share back to our home which was 7 miles away. When my car was ready for pick up, I had to car every day to find out the status. Their service manager stated they would text and call us but they DID NOT. Every time I am in the service department, we have to wait at least 40 minutes before we are acknowledged. Their staff walked by and looked at us but offered. O assistance. This is a horrible place with zero respect for patrons and absolutely no customer service skills or professionalism. From **** to ******, to *********** to Mr. ******** it was the most awful ordeal to experience with our vehicle. Two days later, the engine light came back on again. It took us almost 12 weeks to reach a manager in the service department. We took our vehicle to the dealership where we purchased it. We were told by one manager they would reimburse us for the diagnostic test which was $220 and the engine light recall. However, today I spoke with another manager and he offered us a store credit of $250 and I refused it because we will never ever ever return our vehicle to their service department; and I told him that days before. We would definitely to recommend this dealership and each time we were there we encountered other customers who experienced the same!

      0 stars. I have been a customer of this dealership for nine years for service and the purchase of 2 vehicles. The service is a joke. It's almost impossible to get someone on the phone. I live nearby so I usually just drive there and make my appt. My current vehicle is a 45e hybrid. I go through the process of making an appt for an oil change. When I bring it in, they tell me "Sorry, we have to reschedule because your car is an 'e' car and requires one of our two techs who are trained to work on 'e' cars and they only work weekdays". My car is in the computer so they should've known that. Don't know what is so special about an oil change on one trim vs. another, but I digress.Another time, out of the blue the male piece of my seatbelt would not click in This happened on my last car and is a problem well documented online. I could not get the inside piece to pop back up, so i brought it to the dealership and was told to make an appt. When I showed up, I was told it would be several hrs to wait for it, so I said, "Why did I make an appt if it isn't going in right away?" I was told it was because of the "e" car status - so I said these seatbelts are the same on any car, and there is no reason for an "e" tech to check it. I guess they think that's a good enough answer - they also tried to blame it on food falling in there. Nice try - no one eats back there. I opted to take a shuttle home. As I waited, I texted my bf about what happened w/ the s***** ***************** from *******. ******* came over to tell me the shuttle was ready. I followed and he let the door close on me as I was walking through it as he walked off. There were several cars so I yelled over, 'Is this one the shuttle?" Over his shoulder he said "yeah" as he continued back to his desk. I was now ******, and said, "I'm sorry, am I bothering you?" I was astonished when he ACTUALLY said, "It's just that I saw you were texting someone and called me an idiot on the text." WTF??? So MANY things wrong here.

      The entire staff were friendly and extremely helpful. I did not feel rushed or like my many questions were viewed as silly. Thank you to the whole team, especially ************************, & ******* were all especially super helpful!

      If zero stars would be most accurate. First, this dealership claims to have ONE price, there is ZERO negotiation! Second, customer service is AWFUL!!! Third, they are RUDE and LIE and still owe me money! I made an appt w/Andri to test drive the vehicle at a specific time, showed up on time & took a while to find someone to help me! I took a quick test drive, checked the vehicle over &sat down to negotiate. There was NO negotiating! The agreed to give me all weather mats though. I already had my own financing/extended warranty & proceeded to complete all the necessary paperwork. I went to pick up cashier checks from my bank & was told to text copies of the checks to Andri to facilitate the paperwork. I asked that I complete everything necessary so I could drop the checks off & leave when I returned. The process for the paperwork was quite slow, especially considering this was essentially a cash deal. I also had my own tags. I send copies of those checks as requested and let Andri know precisely what time I would be back. Upon arrival he was with another customer & I couldn't find anyone to assist me. I waited over 30 mins for Jeremy S*********. he was quite RUDE to me! I asked Andri to ensure that there was absolutely NO dealer or other advertising on the vehicle & when I walk out to leave, this request was not honored! To make matters worse, they messed up the tags and I had to spend over an hour at DMV resolving this issue. I sent Andri a receipt for the mats that they promised me, he was on vacation and requested that I remind him the following week, which I promptly did. Three weeks later, I had still not received a check so I followed up. I was assured that I would have a check the following week and that it was 'processing', when i hadn't received a check the following week, I then reached out to the General manager and the used car manger multiple times over the last few weeks and NOT ONE person has returned a call or email NOR have they reimbursed me.

      Avoid dealing with the used car department here at all costs!! Getting information from the salesperson after I committed to purchase was like pulling hen's teeth; the manager is a nice guy but the dealership does not seem to have their act together; I sat at the salesperson's desk waiting hours (while the salesperson worked with other customers) for delivery of a car that I was paying cash for (they told me they were "too busy"); and I'm still waiting 7 weeks later for a reimbursement they promised me that day. I gave a 2 star rating only because the price on the 2022 car I bought from them was fair. I'd never deal with this dealership again.

      I schedule an appointment for an oil change, I was given a time and date ( Sunday, 8 January at 10 am. I arrived on schedule at 9:45 am and at 1045, I am still in my car waiting for someone to attend to me. I walked out of the car to ask for the reason for the wait and was told that everyone in front of me has an appointment. For the record, I have 6 cars ahead of me now with owners in their cars. Worst worst worst experience. Never never ever take your car here even for a car wash. Go to BMW in Tysons or Fairfax. Your time is valuable and don’t allow disrespect especially on a Sunday, please, do this for you and everyone else. The customer service is garbage and you pay for it at no discounted rate All this means is that this place needs a new leadership and management. Again, please love yourself and go somewhere else.

      extremely dishonest And predatory practices in the BMW Alexandria service center. I took my car in for an oil change last Monday. I also requested the open recall be done which was a software upgrade. On the way home my engine light came on and i immediately knew it was something related to the oil change since that light has never been on. I returned the vehicle and was told I needed a thermostat. That was dubious since the car barely had 60k miles. It is unheard of that a BMW thermostat would be bad that soon. The agent told me that they had one more thermostat and could get me taken care of in an hour for $500. I laughed. Not only do I know that replacing a thermostat on a BMW would not take just an hour but I knew they were lying about it being bad. Eun then lied and told me that the computer said the light had been coming on a few times in the last few months. Not only was that a categorical LIE, but He clearly had forgotten that i just had received a software upgrade so there was no way that could be true. I was disgusted because up until that second I trusted this dealership. The light went off the next day on its own. I took my car to another certified BMW repairman (just to be sure) who put the car on a computer and told me that there were no issues and no faults. They told me the dealer was “hustling” me. He laughed when I told him BMW Alexandria tried to tell me the car needed a new thermostat despite never overheating. This dealership is as unethical as they come…I will not get another new BMW because I cannot find a trustworthy authorized service center in the DMV area. That’s sad. What’s the point making a great car then letting scam artists run your authorized service centers who try to bilk brand loyal customers into unnecessary repairs on vehicles with 60k miles??? BMW Alexandria is dragging the brand down

      Took my BMW in for first service. Service Advisor Mr S*** was very sexist in speaking to me. I finally had to walk away from him and have my husband finish conversation with him. Very disappointed as this was my first service and was looking forward to a long relationship with BMW of Alexandria. I will be taking my service to another dealer Nita C******
