    Dear Sir/Madam I bought a used car Ourisman Chevrolet, Buick & GMC  of Alexandria on Feb 21, 2023, for my minor son (17 years old).Regrettably, the car hasn't been up to par for the following reasons:- The salesperson failed to mention that the car had been smoked in.- The car is very dirty inside (with noticeable large stains) and outside and he promised to detail it, but they refused to do when my son took it to them yesterday March 6, 2023 (because the detailing guy was on vacation, as the salesman told us), and I tried to call him back but he never picked up the phone.- I was discriminated against by gender and religion, and they treated me with no respect to address my concerns.- The salesman lied about the additional fees by adding unknown fees of ($995) and pretended that he gave me a discount of ($1000). Unfortunately, even though I have evidence of this in his handwriting, the manager refused to take care of all these issues.I would appreciate it if you could organize the following:- A refund of $2000.- The car is to be thoroughly cleaned inside and outside to remove the smell of smoke and stains.- Or return the vehicle ASAP.As I'm sure you can imagine, my young kid depends on this car for transportation, and in addition to being a hassle, these issues have cost me extra money because I've had to miss work and struggle with stress and mental pain to the point of being unable to work.I'm hoping we can resolve this issue amicably.However, if the issue is not satisfactorily handled by 03/21/2023, I will consider pursuing other steps to resolve the complaint, such as filing a lawsuit against your dealership for common law fraud through the courts or through Consumer Protection.

    My wife bought my 2017 GMC Yukon to this location for a basic thermostat replacement. While it was there the guy tells my wife that a half a page of errors popped up and they could fix it while it was there, I was skeptical but told her just go ahead and let them fix it, and that cost me close to 2,500$. When I finally got my truck back , while my wife was driving it home the check engine light came on and I never even saw the check engine light before this. My wife calls up there and the guy says “ oh it, will reset and go away on its on” That was sketchy but eventually the light did go off. 3 weeks later my truck rumbles and it never did that before so immediately I Call the dealer and they say “ ok bring the truck back “ this time the first guy we were dealing with apparently quit and now they saying it’s 2 pages of errors ! How is that even possible when I just paid nearly 2,500$ to clear every error. The service manage Laramie A**** tells me it’s a coincidence and now I have to pay about 23,000$ not 2,300 but 23,000$ to rebuild the engine. Laramie A**** says the thermostat and the work they done has nothing to do with the engine failing and it’s just a coincidence. I ask Larami A**** for a district manager and he tells me they don’t have one. I ask who is your boss and he says a guy name Brad F******** who of course was to busy to talk.So they basically robbed me for 2,500$ and told me it was a coincidence and I could take me truck. WOW WOW WO that’s crazy, I really feel like I was just robbed by a business. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE , THEY ARE CRIMINALS DISGUISED ASA BUSINESS. General Motors shouldn’t even let these people sell their brand vehicles. I posted this on the next door app as well and apparently this location has done this to a bunch of middle class people I guess thinking we not going to do noting and just taking advantage of us big time.
