      My wife bought my 2017 GMC Yukon to this location for a basic thermostat replacement. While it was there the guy tells my wife that a half a page of errors popped up and they could fix it while it was there, I was skeptical but told her just go ahead and let them fix it, and that cost me close to 2,500$. When I finally got my truck back , while my wife was driving it home the check engine light came on and I never even saw the check engine light before this. My wife calls up there and the guy says “ oh it, will reset and go away on its on” That was sketchy but eventually the light did go off. 3 weeks later my truck rumbles and it never did that before so immediately I Call the dealer and they say “ ok bring the truck back “ this time the first guy we were dealing with apparently quit and now they saying it’s 2 pages of errors ! How is that even possible when I just paid nearly 2,500$ to clear every error. The service manage Laramie A**** tells me it’s a coincidence and now I have to pay about 23,000$ not 2,300 but 23,000$ to rebuild the engine. Laramie A**** says the thermostat and the work they done has nothing to do with the engine failing and it’s just a coincidence. I ask Larami A**** for a district manager and he tells me they don’t have one. I ask who is your boss and he says a guy name Brad F******** who of course was to busy to talk.So they basically robbed me for 2,500$ and told me it was a coincidence and I could take me truck. WOW WOW WO that’s crazy, I really feel like I was just robbed by a business. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE , THEY ARE CRIMINALS DISGUISED ASA BUSINESS. General Motors shouldn’t even let these people sell their brand vehicles. I posted this on the next door app as well and apparently this location has done this to a bunch of middle class people I guess thinking we not going to do noting and just taking advantage of us big time.

      Despite having our car serviced last month, including front rotor and pad replacements, Ourisman continues to recommend we replace the same rotors and pads. Recommend avoiding this GMC dealership and dismissing their recommendations.

      Michel is absolutely incompetent. After waiting 5 weeks for my permanent tags, I received an EMAIL that there was an issue- the issue was that they went through unnecessary hoops to file paperwork incorrectly and now is refusing to give me permanent tags. I have to now arrange to return the vehicle and purchase a new one through another dealership who knows how to properly follow current DC regulations. Meanwhile, I’m on bed rest awaiting major surgery which was communicated to them when I purchased the vehicle initially with the request that they expedite all paperwork for my permanent tags. How they get away with not knowing current registration laws is beyond me.

      I bought a 2016 chevy sonic from this place 2 1/2 months ago and since I had the car it's been problems after problems,,the car had l a the water pump and thermostat was leaking causing a radiatior smell,,squeaking noise when the heat is on and it's a foul odor, like from the motor blower ,,I took this car to the shop 4 times and the problem isn't solve and it seems like this issue is a familiar problem with these cars ,,the dealer should have a recall or help the customer ,,I'm very very unhappy with this purchase,,I can't even drive the car,,that's how bad it is smdh

      Service department: Uncaring about customers whom have scheduled appointments. Appointment customers wait in the cue and are not added to the cue until they arrive on site. My scheduled oil change was for 8:45 am, i arrived at 8:40 am. I received my car back at 11:05 am. over 2 hrs. for an oil change with appointment.

      This company ripped me off. I paid over $6,000 to have them overhaul my engine. Two weeks after I got my car back, the engine light came on again. I took it back to them and now they are saying it's a different engine problem. The entire engine was overhauled. How is it a different engine problem? The repair guy asked me what kind of gas I put in my car. I told him 93 octanes. He told me that I need to put 89 octane in my car. That's why the engine is not running correctly. That's false. They don't return voicemails. The dealership is ripping off customers.

      Service department a total rip off.... charged $570 for a battery. Insisted they had to do a diagnostic check.... $175. $320 for the battery. Also handed us a list of items that needed to be done ASAP... No oil in car.... took it took a oil change place.... oil was full... not leaks and it hand been changed at 5000 miles. Claimed brakes were gone... took it to an auto center... they were fine. Claimed it need engine work etc. took it to an auto center... no problems. I requested the results of their $175 diagnostic check several times... none ever provided. Had the service center run a diagnostic check..... no numbers came up.... another falsehood. Net paid $570 for a battery.... I recommend all others that have been ripped off by this place contact GM and review on YELP.
