This location has multiple complaints about offering services they aren't qualified to do. I'm speaking about the service for transmission when specifically asked can they service my car. The transmission transfer fluid service offered do not include a new filter when told they did by several employees employed for this company. Several days later I noticed by gears slipping when driving which prompted me to call customer service spoke with a supervisor who then told me they do not offer a filter when this work is done. However if you put fresh new fluid in a dirty area you're just going to be right back to where you started or more problems After this occurred I spoke to numerous employees at the location and supposingly the area manager. After repeating myself over and over the mgr stated he would review and return my call, to date this has not happened and this company don't seem to want to responsibility or be accountable for untrained employees selling a service they can't complete properly. I have requested a refund and again no response and this has been lingering trying to seek assistance since may 2024. At this point I'm not sure the oil changes are correct either since afterwards when I have it check I'm always 1-2 quarts below the required. Maybe this complaint will gain some attention and someone will finally contact me and not with a non working number or email to customer service who act like they didn't feel like working or answering the phone. This has been a nightmare and I want to let others know .
