      I purchased a preorder on a pair of shoes on 05/26/2021. The order is order number **** for $76.76. On the website it is stated preorders should take a few months (about 2-3). With COVID happening & the owner explaining there were heavy delays, I waited for my order & any updates. There were no updates for this shoe after a while. I searched on the website project chart which shows all shoes & projected completion date. The shoe was scheduled to be completed summer of 2022 but there were no updates on delivery. I moved March 2023 & emailed Rockdeep on 03/20/2023 to request an address change for this order & other orders not fulfilled. I also sent an email asking for updates on the shoe orders (all unfulfilled orders including ****) on 03/29/2023. I received a response 04/13/2023 stating my mailing address was updated but the status of the orders were not mentioned. I attempted to send two emails 05/26/2023 to request a refund of the 2 year preorder (order ****). I received failure notices from the emailing system, stating multiple attempts were made but the message could not be sent. Oddly enough failure notices popped up when I tried to ask questions on their discourse platform as well. With no way to contact the business, I would like assistance obtaining my refund. There is no tracking number as the order was placed for an item that was going to be produced.Please see link below for production list. Under the updated production tab the shoe in order **** is projected to start 01/2022 & to be completed 08/2022. The list show it is still in production. In an email I am attaching, I was told the shoe was starting production August 2022, which isn't what was originally stated or reflected by the production chart.*************************************************************************************************

      Ordered from Rdevine (sister company of Rockdeep)Online order and payment released on 11/01/2022 Contacted store via email to get order status on 11/30/2022 and sent ** message to the owner of the store ***************************** requesting the order be canceled and to refund $104.32 received no response. I never received any updates on my order. I didn't receive any order tracking information, just got my money and didn't respond.

      I pre-ordered multiple shoes dating back to 2021. I have reached out multiple times, asking for updates and each time I am just given excuses as to why the orders haven't shipped yet. The "timeline" for shoe production is fabricated, as the dates have changed multiple times and items "Arriving" to their facility is just a ploy to keep buyers thinking their products are actually still on the way, which they are not. I have asked for a refund previously and was not given one. I would like a full refund and to simply cut ties with this company.

      On 13 Oct 2021, I placed a US$167.97 pre-order (#*****) with Rockdeep for a pair of M.1 sneakers. For 17 months Rockdeep (RD) has held my money without providing me with a product, a refund, or a response to my messages. First, they bought time with hollow commitments. Then they stopped responding all together. I understood when I placed the pre-order that it would take time to fill, but months passed with no update. I gave RD the benefit of the doubt and waited. On 11 Feb '22, RD claimed supply chain disruptions from COVID were delaying order fulfillment and offered free shoes to patient customers. I emailed RD reserving the pair I wanted and they confirmed that they would send those shoes with my order. By then, I likely would have canceled my initial order had RD not offered the free pair. Months later my shoes still had not shipped. In Sept '22, RD nullified all previous claims to free shoes and informed customers that the free pairs could only be redeemed by placing an order for a $0 listing and paying for shipping. When I tried to follow this new directive, I saw that the free shoes RD had committed to sending to me were not listed as one of the $0 shoes. I contacted RD for guidance on how to proceed but received no help. Over 2 months I sent 4 additional messages asking for clarification & instruction or a refund. No response, no refund, and still no shoes. Note, I never received my ORIGINAL order, let alone the free shoes, despite RD's regular updates that they were "almost finished shipping" pre-orders. On 6 Dec '22, I emailed a refund request. On 10 Jan '23, RD sent an update that the CEO was traveling to grow RD and his wife was managing the company. By the 17 Jan, I learned the CEO was incarcerated, not traveling. I sent additional refund requests on 12 Feb, 27 Feb, and 14 Mar with no response. The charge-back and credit card dispute windows expired, I have neither my order nor my money back, and I can't get in touch with RD. I feel scammed.

      I paid for a product on 4/14/22 $193.13 , with the promise of it to be shipped out. But they never sent shipping information. Every time I contacted them, they either never responded or stated that the item was being shipped out. It seems that this company is a complete fares and never had the products they said they had for sale. They emailed me back finally saying that they would refund me but they are keeping a 35% cancellation fee. No where on their website is that a stipulation of purchase. They are unreachable now and due to the fact that it was a protected payment through ****** that was more than 90 days ago they also will not refund my money

      On December 10, 2022 I placed an order for two pairs of tennis shoes totaling $207.81 and have not received anything as of todays date. I have tried to get in contact with the customer service department several times with no response. I have tried to call there but theres no number listed. I try to go to the physical location of the store when the website said that they were open only to find out that they were not there and that they were a pop-up shop at this time. I had request an email through the customer service and still have no reply.

      I placed an order (#*****) with this company, June 14, 2022 in the amount of $155.95. It is now January 20, 2023, and I have not received my order. I’ve contacted the company multiple times regarding a refund and received automated responses. The website states that the **** ******, which I ordered from, was cancelled and to let them know if you want a refund. I’ve done that multiple times and still have not received my refund. I just want my money back. I will never support this business again.

      Paid full price for shoes, received email it was 2 weeks preorder before ship. They since changed their return policy since they inadequately overestimated themselves and could not produce the goods. They changed the refund policy 6 months after and it has been 18 months and this person is still taking peoples money and not producing a product. They offered free shoes which they never sent on top of the order they never sent and when I told them I was going to dispute, they want to charge 50.00 or over 35% of the cost of the shoe for reshelving fee in which they have no product to shelf in the first place. It has been lies and lies and miscommunication and no communication and this person is still receiving complaints and operating like he is not stealing from the general population. Why is he able to operate this way? Truly disgusting

      I ordered a product from the site ROCKDEEP in July. Its 5 months later and I still havent received it. Multiple emails has been sent and I only receive automated messages telling me my email has been received, they also include the production schedule that changes month to month.
