I hired this photographer on 08/04/21 because I saw a ******** friend of mine maternity photos which had mimic almost the exact idea I had in mind for when my time of pregnancy came. She referred me this guy/company. I made my down payment as he said his policy is, on time, to secure the shoot date. His communication was great, until the day I got my photos taken. I made my final payment right after the rough pic shoot also 09/12/21, as he said his policy is. After that I submitted my 4 photos that were suppose to be professionally retouch and developed. That's when everything went down hill. This guy communication fell into the toilet. Now with a newborn, I would reach out to him about every week about my pics. He basically stop responding. When I would send messages asking for my money back, since he wasn't fulfilling the agreement, he would either tell me he's in the hospital with Covid or promise my pictures, only for none to come to fruition. He then in late Nov sent pictures that wasn't developed as promised. I asked him to redo it, weeks past before he replied and then he said, if don't that. This is on 12/24/21. These alterations of how I would like my final pictures to look were discussed with him upfront and I was told without a doubt, by him, that he can get me exactly what I want. He even promised to make my pictures look even better than I was describing. This guy/company is a complete fraud. He preying on women at a vulnerable time in their lives and he's banking on the fact that once their babies are born they will be too consume with that to be keep tracking him down for him to fulfill his agreement. One time when I tried calling him, after blocking my number, he finally answered. When he realized it was me, he said, "aren't you a new mom and should be focusing on your baby? The cost of the shoot was only $400 bucks. You can alter the pictures with your ******." Then he hang up on me. Proof he's only marketing himself well until he gets paid.
