Transaction Date: 06/18/21 Amount Paid: $2500 Izalia Spa committed to providing laser hair removal services for full leg, brazilian, and underarms. Nature of dispute: At the first appointment (full leg only service was performed), the owner/technician (*******) was not able to complete the entire service issues with the laser. Following the appointment, I informed the owner and staff of the skin issues I was having as a result of the service, and requested not to continue receiving services, and requested a full refund of all services (full leg, brazilian, and underarms). The owner agreed to provide a full refund. After several attempts to contact the owner to get the refund processed, the owner suspended communication with me after I requested the potential of having my undesirable results addressed and/or compensated for, and the owner has not followed through on the agreement.This issue has not been resolved and I have not received the refund as the owner promised.
